His thoughts were interrupted by a sudden rustling in the sand. Jack's eyes narrowed, his senses alert as he scanned his surroundings. A menacing-looking creature emerged from beneath the sand, its eyes fixed on Jack with predatory intent.

Without hesitation, Jack leapt into action, his body moving fluidly and efficiently as he engaged the creature. His eyes turned into a raging, deep blue, a storm of fury and determination. The creature was no match for Jack's skill and strength, and he quickly dispatched it with a well-placed strike.

As the adrenaline from the battle began to fade, Jack's eyes returned to their calm blue state, and he continued his journey towards the capital. The desert landscape stretched out around him, a vast expanse of golden sand and scorching heat. Despite the harsh conditions, Jack's enhanced physical abilities allowed him to move with ease, covering great distances in a short amount of time.

As the sun began to dip below the horizon, Jack finally reached the outskirts of Alubarna. The city was a breathtaking sight, a dazzling gem nestled in the heart of the desert. The setting sun cast a warm glow on the city's walls, the intricate carvings and artwork seeming to come alive in the fading light.

Jack entered the city, the bustling streets and lively atmosphere a stark contrast to the solitude of the desert. He navigated the busy streets with ease, his calm demeanor and steady presence drawing curious glances from passersby. He felt an odd sense of belonging, as if he had finally found a place where his cold exterior and warm heart could coexist.

Determined to find Prince Cobra and inquire about the Poneglyph, Jack made his way towards the palace. The palace was an architectural marvel, its grandeur and beauty a testament to the kingdom's rich history and culture. As he approached the entrance, he was stopped by a pair of guards, their eyes scrutinizing him with suspicion.

"I'm here to speak with Prince Cobra," Jack stated calmly, his voice steady and authoritative. "I have important information to share with him."

The guards exchanged a glance, their expressions wary. "Wait here," one of them said, disappearing inside the palace. Moments later, he returned, nodding at Jack. "You may enter."

Jack followed the guard through the palace, marveling at the opulent surroundings. They eventually arrived at a large, ornate door, which the guard opened with a respectful bow.

"Prince Cobra awaits you inside," he said, stepping aside to allow Jack to enter.

Entering inside, Jack saw Prince Cobra he saved four days ago, now looking livelier and sitting with an older man who looked just like him. Cobra smiled brightly and came to greet Jack. "Jack, I'm glad you made it. I'd like you to meet my father, King Sarpedon."

King Sarpedon was a tall man with a regal bearing, his salt-and-pepper hair giving him a distinguished appearance. Despite his age, his eyes were sharp and alert, and it was evident that he had a keen intellect. He extended his hand to Jack, offering a firm handshake. "It's an honor to meet you, Jack. My son has told me a great deal about you."

Jack nodded, his voice calm and respectful. "The honor is mine, Your Majesty."

Cobra gestured towards the table laden with food and drink. "Please, join us. We have much to discuss."

As they sat down, Jack wasted no time getting to the point. "I've come to inquire about a Poneglyph. I believe there might be one in Alubarna, and I was hoping you could provide some information."

King Sarpedon and Prince Cobra exchanged glances, their expressions turning serious. "It's true that our kingdom holds a Poneglyph," the king confirmed. "However, its location is a closely guarded secret, known only to a select few."

Jack's eyes remained steady, his voice firm. "I understand the need for secrecy, Your Majesty. But I have reason to believe that the information contained within the Poneglyph is crucial to my mission. I assure you, my intentions are honorable."

Cobra nodded, his eyes reflecting his trust in Jack. "We believe you, Jack. But you must understand that our kingdom has been targeted in the past by those seeking the Poneglyph for nefarious purposes. We cannot simply reveal its location without proper precautions."

King Sarpedon studied Jack's face, his eyes searching for any sign of deception. "Perhaps there is a way for you to prove your intentions, Jack. Would you be willing to undertake a task for us?"

Jack's expression remained calm, but his eyes flashed with determination. "Of course, Your Majesty. What do you need me to do?"

The king leaned forward, his voice low and serious. "There have been reports of bandit activity in the outskirts of the city. They've been attacking travelers and merchants, causing a great deal of unrest. I want you to put an end to their reign of terror."

Jack nodded, accepting the task without hesitation. "I understand, Your Majesty. I'll deal with the bandits and ensure the safety of your people."

Cobra smiled, his faith in Jack unwavering. "I knew we could count on you. Once you've completed the task, we'll discuss the Poneglyph further."

Jack smiled at the king and prince, his calm demeanor never wavering. "You don't need to tell me the location of the Poneglyph. If you can make a copy of its content and give it to me, that would be more than enough."

King Sarpedon and Prince Cobra exchanged relieved glances. "Very well," the king agreed. "But first, tell us why you're interested in the Poneglyph. What do you hope to gain from it?"

Jack's eyes softened slightly, the only indication of the emotions he felt. "One of my family members is passionate about the history of this world and has been researching the Poneglyphs. I promised her I'd help her find them."

The king and prince nodded, accepting Jack's explanation. With their agreement in place, Jack set out to eliminate the bandit threat and prove his good intentions.

Having dealt with the bandits and restored peace to Alubarna, Jack returned to the palace to discuss the Poneglyph with King Sarpedon and Prince Cobra. They provided him with a copy of the Poneglyph's content, trusting in his word and his proven commitment to protecting their kingdom.
