Jonah winced, holding the device away from his ear when Francessa Seibert's howling screams could be heard coming from the stones.
He was taking a nice little stroll — as per his king and queen's instruction — around the town square, allowing whatever the stones received to be broadcasted to the people walking about. The conversation had grown heated after a while and Jonah tried his best to ignore the odd stares he received whenever something controversial would play.
Oftentimes, he would even be stopped by a random passer-by, curious as to what was going on.
"A show," Jonah had replied. "It's to show the people of Vramid what sort of man and woman they had placed on such a high pedestal."
