A loss never to be recovered

"It is…" the doctor glanced at Mo Qiang as if she was really troubled before saying in a controlled and hesitating voice. "The child's health seems to have deteriorated... I believe the poison has affected him adversely. If the machine is not making a mistake then the child in your husband's belly is deformed." 

As she finished speaking, Doctor Qian turned to look at the nurse behind her and stretched out her hand. The nurse handed her the tablet that he carrying in his hands and Doctor Qian turned to look at the front. 

Her fingers tapped on the screen as she opened the document which she was looking for and turned the tablet towards Mo Qiang to see.
