Chapter 320 FAMILY MEETING 1

We stayed a whole week in Dubai and only decided to end the vacation cause of the kids' schooling. How could we have forgotten they were still kids and needed to be in school. After hours of sitting in the PJ, we finally arrived in NYC, back to where we belong. NYC felt more like a home to me than Los Angeles, and I loved the feeling.

Alex didn't arrive with us this time, he said he had something to do in Chicago, something business related that shouldn't be discussed with me yet. The news of Falcon being missing was around NYC somehow, cause of his supposed marraige with Avery. Most people still talked about it, and I wondered why no one has been able to find him even after numerous publicity around the world.

I had to visit mum before heading back home, we didn't get to get along in Greece cause everyone was busy with one thing or another. We planned to celebrate Avery's after marraige party once the wedding ceremony was over, but it turns out in life things don't always go the way we plan them to.

Somehow everything happening felt linked to Alex, and I wondered if our vacation was his game plan to distract me. There's nothing that man cannot do to achieve his goals. We arrived at dad's mansion, some guards were stationed at the gate as usual but they let us at the moment they saw my chauffeur. I needed a place to hide for a bit, at least from the unending troubles lining up in the family.

Even if I'm not really welcomed by all of my family members, this place was the most peaceful place I could be at the moment. We all got out of the car and paced into the mansion that felt somewhat dead silent, the only living voice was from the kids who found their way up the stairs and into their grandma's room. They're going to get some scolding from dad soon, I wonder what my life would have been if he was around, maybe I'd have had my siblings by now. Dad's so strict without him knowing, more strict than Father.

Shortly after they left, I saw Chan step down the stairs with Vieve right behind her. It had me wondering when both women got this close, or is there something going on I'm not aware of?

I could recall not seeing Chan at Avery's wedding, maybe she couldn't make it to Greece. But thinking about what Alex said, he hinted at beating his uncle to a stupor, I could only imagine the amount of hate Chan would be feeling towards him now. The beef I've always wanted between them was happening and I couldn't be less happy about it.

I really don't know why Alex has decided to create more enemies for us, it's always easy to avoid these people rather than fight. I'm the one who gets to cry and worry when he gets injured at the end. But I must admit, the enemy with Chan is well deserving.

"Hazel you're here, what a pleasant surprise." Chan smiled at me but I could tell it wasn't a friendly one, I should be the one surprised she's here, "I'm pretty sure your overly protective husband isn't aware you didn't return back home, should I give him a call?" She mocked. "It's quite unfortunate you don't see the side we all see, but good luck anyways you'd need it," Vieve added before walking away.

I had no idea what both people were talking about, and what they had to say about Alex is none of my concern. If him being a monster was what Vieve was trying to talk about, that's no news to me, a monster is who that man is. No, a heartless monster. I climbed up the stairs deciding to talk to mum at least, it's been a long since I saw them even if it's just been a week.

I twisted the doorknob to their room and got in after hearing a 'come in', everything seemed to have changed from the way they use to be. The decor in the room, the furniture, everything looked so different. My eyes fell on my three angels, Kyle and his sister were on the bed with mum while Alex junior took his position beside dad who seemed focused on his laptop. He isn't Alex's junior for nothing, I just hope he doesn't inherit the evil side of his father.

Alex arrived in Chicago and headed directly to the place he kept the man he shipped from Greece, it was a crazy attempt but he did it anyway. It always amuses him how this puppet tries to measure up with him. But in the end, he gets the last laugh, at least now Avery would come to accept herself for who she's become and not looking for a man to please his family.

His men opened the container in a whorehouse, the container has been stuck here in for a week now, and the man inside of it must be dead by now. It's been a week, and no air water, or food has been given, there is no way Falcon would still be alive. But he surprised everyone, they found in alive in there, even if he wrinkles badly, even if no one could breathe when they opened the container.

He pooped and peed on himself, he looked so disgusting, the stench from him chased everyone out. "Get him cleaned and fed, I want him to stay longer I have a lot to do with him," Alex ordered. It was amusing that Falcon was a fighter and a strong one at that, but he doubt he'd want the man alive unless there is a drug that can erase his memory forever.

We had so much fun throughout the evening, and I even extended our visit to a week, dad gave me little tips on handling most crises in the family business since he retired from the stress and focused solely on his career. I was glad the entire week was filled with so much positivity till another family meeting was held. Mother asked me to bring the kids along as it involved them this time.

I wondered what they had to say about my kids, why would they even be a conversation in the family when they've done nothing wrong? I watched them watch some kiddies videos singing and dancing along to the beat. They were so happy looking like cute bunnies, in their sweater, who thought I knew how to dress kids until I had mine. This is the 15th time they've had an iPad and the 5th time this year after destroying the last once.

Each time a program they hate comes up, they destroy their pads screaming and crying. They destroy everything that comes their way and possibly get spanked by their father, yes it's surprising Alex spends his most precious treasures, he does and does it hard. In his words when I try to protest, "They're getting spoilt if they want to use my money they have to use it wisely."

He makes them apologize afterward and they love him more after each spanking and crying, they adore him more than anything.

I stepped out of the car with the kids and we all sauntered into the mansion, "Welcome Madam and the kids." Leonard greeted. He exchanged bro shakes with Kyle and Alex before they all ran in to greet their grandparents sitted on the couch and their aunty Avery. She smiled at them kissing them on their cheeks one after another, it's amusing how they've managed to win everyone's heart in such a short time.

While stepping in further, I noticed two new faces sitted on a couch in the lounge, they didn't seem like anyone I've met before. "Hello Hazel, I've heard a lot about you, it's nice to finally see the next Mrs. Wilson in person." She said to me with a smile...
