22- Dark VS Light

Noah was immersed into his reading. He couldn't stop reading. The information was so rich and new to him. Some of it even touched on true magic. The same type that Noelle and the others learn in the heart kingdom.

Just like Noah, who was very immersed into his reading, Draco was also very interested. He focused more on the aspect of death, and the way forbidden magic worked. How about negative mana, how come someone like the elf leader, a wielder of light magic, can turn into a demon when he gets corrupted? What's the connection?

While two were reading, they didn't notice the time, then suddenly a person ran into the area where Noah was. Noah looked up to see Finral

"What is it?" - Noah asked him, when he saw Finral's face was covered with sweat

"I've been running all over the place looking for you" - Finral

"Why?" - Noah

"The captain had to go and save the others, then we met a light magic user, and honestly I don't think the captain on his own will be able to win this one. So I came looking for you" - Finral said in one breath

Finral opened a portal to the area where the fight was taking place. Noah jumped into the portal, and then had to dodge a light sword.

Looking to one side, he saw Yami running around dodging attacks, looking over at the other side, he saw Lich mid-air firing light attacks at Yami.

Noah pointed his right hand at Licht, he then clinched his fist.

Ferrofluid burst from under the ground, and wrapped Licht in a bubble

Noah can feel that Licht had put up a ball of light around himself, this protected him from the ferrofluid, but the light ball was getting absorbed quick by the ferrofluid

Lich had pushed past the bubble and landed on the ground.

"It seems one more of you filth had come here" - Lich

Yami and Noah regrouped on the other side.

"Are you the leader of that Fana the something , and Rhya the something" - Noah

"Yes, Fana and Rhya. Both had told me about you" - Licht

"You met that man before" - Yami asked Noah but his eyes were still on Licht

"No I just met his subordinates. They were weak" - Noah

"I heard you let them go without killing them, you even healed Fana. Know that your act of kindness, or rather act of foolishness is not going to grant you my mercy" - Licht

"Your mercy? hahaha, please. I'm going to tell you what I told your subordinates. You are not a threat to me" - Noah said as his laughter stopped and his demeanor turned serious

Mana waves leaked out of Noah. Licht flinched back 'What's with this creepy magic, and his unnatural magic signature, it's so ugly'

Valtos came closer to Licht, "Should I summon the third eye?"

"Yes, get all three of them" - Lich said

A warp gate opened up behind Licht, as three people stepped out of it. The first was girl with pink hair, the second was a guy with black hair and patches of white. The third was a guy with blond hair, and the features of a beast.

"Hello Fana the something something. How you been?" - Noah waved at them

Fana frowned, "This time it won;t be the same"

"Fana, didn't I tell you that sending more worthless people to deal with me, won't change a thing" - Noah

"How dar-

"Ohhhh, who are you?" - Noah cut off Fana

"These two are Fana the something, and Rhya the something. What are you?" - Noah looked at Vetto

"Grrrrr" - Vetto didn't answer, he just looked at Noah with deep anger

"Fine don't introduce yourself. Like I care. I'm sure the will yell your name when I beat you up" - Noah said as he created a sword out of ferrofluid

Fana went straight into spirit dive, Vetto's hands got covered in a red mana, and Rhya started using light magic.

"Captain, how about you take the three weaklings, and I take their not so weakling leader" - Noah looked at his captain

"Buzz off" - Yami kicked Noah

"It seems I'm stuck with you three" - Noah turned to the third eyes trio

[Draco] - Noah called

[Right] - Draco

{Greater Magic: Dragon Surge} Noah's body and grimoire released black-purplish mana.

Yami, Asta, Lich and Vetto seemed to be surprised by this. Vetto and Licht heard about this from Fana and Rhya, but Asta and Yami are seeing it for the first time.

Once Noah was in his partial dragon surge, he vanished from his spot.

The next second he was behind Rhya. A strong kick sent Rhya flying towards Asta. Asta panicked so he swung his sword and hit Rhya in the face with the flat side of the sword. With a cling, Rhya was laying flat on the ground

Vetto turned around and swiped at Noah. Noah put out his dragon hand, and interlocked his fingers with Vetto. Noah flexed his hand, and Vetto's hand was broken.

Before Vetto can even scream from the pain, Fana sent a quick stab with her tail at Noah's head. Noah moved his wing and blocked her attack with his wing.

Noah then sent a quick and powerful kick to Vetto. Vetto was sent into a wall nearby, where he was imbedded into it

He then turned and grabbed fana by her tail. He swung her around over his head and sent her towards Licht.

Licht put his hand out and a golden disk appeared behind Fana, where she was caught by the disk softly.

Noah looked at Licht. "I only used one hand, and haven't used any weapons" - Noah said as he swung the sword in his other hand around

"Yet they lost. C'mon. Tell me you're stronger at least" - Noah

Licht got pissed at his comment, but just as he as about to launch himself at Noah, a dark slash flew a fraction of an inch past his face.

Looking to the side he saw Yami sending a flurry of slashes at him. Lich ignored Noah and flew at Yami.

While Yami and Lich were battling it out on one side of the cavern, Valtos started to fight Asta were on the other side. On the other hand, Noah was throwing the three members of the third eye around like they were baseballs.

Noah grabbed Vetto by his hair and threw him at Fana. She canceled the fire spell she was conjuring up. She put her hand out to catch Vetto, but a punch landed on her back sending her flying into Vetto. The two collided mid-air

A light sword of judgment came at Noah from behind. "That's a weak attack, so it must be Rhya" - Noah said out loud as he turned to look behind him.

Rhya with a red mark on his forehead, was aiming more light attacks at Noah.

Noah absorbed all the attacks coming at him. He then started sending his won slashes with the sword in his hand

Rhya used earth magic to block the attack, but then purple flames melted the earth wall he created. Noah then send an Edex orb at Rhya. Rhya dodged, but the orb followed after him.

Noah left the orb to hunt Rhya and turned to Fana. He shot a black beams at her. Fana spat out fire to counter the black beam. Fana had to concentrate the fire at one point, as well as erect a wall of diamond.

Noah jumped up and dodged a punch from Vetto. Noah kicked downwards, knocking Vetto to the ground.

Noah absorbed the light swords of judgment, from the side. Noah flew around as fire magic, diamond magic, and Light magic came flying at him. While Noah was running, a blond man with massive claws was running after him.

Noah looked behind him as he as flashing past Asta. He jumped in the air, and flew around.

Vetto jumped up, but Noah sent a black beam right at him. Vetto was smashed down into the earth. Fana flew right at Noah, who was in still flying above the ground.

Asta, who just beat Valtos, was watching captain Yami and Licht fight. He then would look at Noah beating up three opponents.

Asta looked at the high level fights. He balled his fists up, and looked determined. He wanted to reach that level, he knew he will reach that level.
