After analyzing Divinity, and PoD of the Gremory Family, Ciel created a method that would help him use the Destruction Energy, and understand how it works, how he can improve it and how to make it a part of his body.

Unlike him, Scathach worked on the BEGINNING and CREATION concept as she didn't want to lose to him, and these two were the only things she could try to understand and beat him.

For this, Izumi had no choice but to cook delicious meals for Ophis and ask her to give a part of her Infinity to see how they created it. He also wanted to meet Irene, the Great Red, but he didn't find her, or he should say, she didn't let him find him.

Though with this, he understood that she didn't have any bad intentions for him, and she wouldn't interfere with any of his work.

Ophis's energy was a major help as with this, Ciel was able to analyze how she was created in the Dimensional Gap.

Because of this, they were able to touch the concepts and add them to their body, but then they had to stop.

Why? It was because if they became part of the concept, they would become a part of the world, and the Universe they were in and Izumi received the warning from Constellation, that if he accepted it, he would stay in the world forever.

The only way he could leave would be by becoming on the same level as constellations, i.e. part of Multiverse, but that too had many restrictions, with the first being that he wouldn't be able to 'enter' any world on his own.

(Becoming part of a concept and adding part of a concept in their body is different. The latter is what you could call the initial stage and the only way to fully understand the concepts would be by becoming part of the concept.)

Still, even if they couldn't become part of the concept, they kept on understanding the part they had added to their bodies and became more proficient in it. Even though only six months had passed outside, they had spent more than 3 years in the Dimension, training together.

Not Scathach understands Creation, but her standing of Time also increased, making her more proficient and increasing the time ratio between the two.

Finally, after six months, Izumi and Scathach had become the most powerful in the DxD world, rivalling the strength of Ophis. After all, Izumi had unlocked his Primogenitor Bloodline and now he didn't Ciel's help in suppressing his desires and strength.

With the bloodline unlocked, he also sensed that he still had another seal on him, but no matter what he did, the seal didn't budge. After talking with Raphael, he understood what he was.

Instead of a Primogenitor Vampire, he was a Primordial Vampire. The difference between the two is that Primogenitor is related to the World, Solar Systems, or even Galaxies but Primordial is related to the whole Universe. There could be two Primogenitors, but only one Primordial Vampire could exist in a Reality, and sometimes no reality has a Primordial Vampire.

After knowing about it, Izumi wondered if the Constellation who gave him the bloodline was drunk or something. After all, giving such a bloodline to him, he didn't understand why it happened, and after thinking for a few minutes, he decided to not think as he knew that even if he thought, he wouldn't get any answer.

He also unlocked his Omnipresence and now as long as he believes that he exists, or even a person believes that he exists, he will exist in the world. He could now exist anywhere, but only in this reality.

Instead of calling it Omnipresence, he thought of it as Advanced Teleportation with Immortality as he could appear at any place and the fact that he was limited to his Reality.

Even though he still didn't understand how big of Reality it was, he understood that he now had no worries, and he could start the plan of changing the world, and then, making Trihexa his subordinate.

In the dimension, in a Big Room, everyone had gathered in the place, and Izumi sat at the middle chair with Scathach on his left, and Raphael on his right. Beside Scathach sat Yasaka, while Amaterasu sat beside Raphael.

Behind him, Carmilla stood in her maid uniform and Lilith beside her. On his lap, Tiamat lay down in her small dragon from and she enjoyed his caress.

In front of them were Susanoo and Tsukuyomi from the Shinto Pantheon, Valerie from the Vampire Faction, Serafall, Sona and Rias from the Devil Faction, and Magari, A Nekomata.

"Carmilla, Explain everything," Izumi said without looking at her, and Carmilla bowed and started to speak.

"The reason why you all were called is because we are going to start the plan. Serafall, You will be starting a meeting in the Devil Council."

"Yes!"

"Valerie, you will be taking Vampires to the Underworld."

"Yes!"

"Susanoo, You will be taking Gods to Heaven."

"Yes!"

"Magiri, You will be taking Youkais to the Grigori."

"Yes!"

"Rias, You will be confronting Sizrech Lucifer."

"Yes"

"Sona, You will be fighting Falbium."

"Yes."

They all said as they heard the orders and saw this, Carmilla nodded and she appeared behind Izumi. Izumi nodded and then he looked at his wives and maid and he said, "Lilith, you will be joining Serafall."

"Carmilla, You will be joining Magiri."

"Tiamat, You will be joining Susanoo,"

"I and others will make sure no will interfere. Amaterasu, you will take care of the other Pantheons that had joined to fight you."

They nodded as they heard this, and seeing this, Izumi closed his eyes and said, "You all can start the plan."

As he said, they all disappeared from the place and seeing this, Izumi looked in a direction and a smile appeared on his face.

"Haha! I was right, you indeed saw everything and even now, you don't plan to interfere. Irene, do you really want me to come to you or will you finally show yourself?"

As Izumi said, a Portal appeared in the place and a tall, voluptuous woman with thickly braided, bow-adorned, scarlet hair appeared in the place. Her two front braids have two golden ornaments near the upper sections, and she also wears two U-shaped earrings (one on each ear) and wears red lipstick.
