“Wait, what?” Ronan asks as I turn on my heel to leave. He’s cute but still not what I’m looking for. When I exit the room, I see my parents talking to Alek and Silas. These two just keep popping up, don’t they?

“Senja,” Sarian says with a smile on his face, beckoning me to come over with his fingers.

“Senja, where are you going?” Ronan demands from behind me. I just wave everyone off and walk away. I’m in no mood to talk. I want to go back to hunting.

“Senja Marie!” Murrow yells, making me grimace and turning right around.

I flip my hair when I get there and flash him a smile, “Yes?”

“Okay, obviously we’re all missing some information, so let’s go over what we all know.” Murrow says, leading us away from prying eyes.

“Can you catch them up?” I ask. “I’ve got plans.”
