Meeting with Lintosh

The deeper Lyle and the others ventured into Windsor, the more apparent the situation became. The once orderly and vibrant streets were filled with overcrowded makeshift camps, desperate faces present everywhere around them. The fear and uncertainty that started at the outskirts of the city only grew stronger as they ventured deeper into the capital as people spoke in hushed tones, rumors about strange occurrences and disappearances being the main topics.

Of course, the fall of Ravencourt was still the favorite topic amongst the people as their paranoia grew with each day, the fear of their Empire being next making all of them panic inside.

As they pressed on, Lyle could feel a subtle tug in his chest, a connection that he had with Lintosh showing him the way toward him.
