To the Elven Ruins Part 5

Dax and Fey made their way to the edge of the sunlight. The shambling of the undead became louder and louder as they approached. The light emitted by their weapons illuminated the shadows that once filled the room outside of the sunlight. They could see twenty undead, walking around.

Their flesh was gray and decayed, with large chunks missing, exposing the bone. Some were missing eyes, some were missing jaws, some were legs, while others were missing an arm or two. The smell was powerful, filling their noses with nothing but the pure essence of rot.

"Oh damn." Dax said, as he used his free arm to cover his nose. "They stink."

"They are undead Daxy." Fey said. "Let's put them out of their misery. I really want to try these toys you gave me."
