A loud honk was heard and Aurora turn her head to the side, only to see a huge truck heading towards her. Her eyes widen and shut close in fear.
Without realizing it, nothing happens to her. Aurora feels she's in someone's arms. She opens her eyes slowly and saw a guy's chest.
"Oh, God!! Are you okay, kid!!??" The driver rushes to her.
"She's okay. Don't worry." That guy speaks when Aurora didn't respond.
"Thank goodness. Well, take care of yourself next time okay?" The driver says. Aurora just nods weakly. She almost died and she trauma by it.
That driver walks away. Aurora breathed heavily and let out a heavy sigh.
"You almost died, you know?" That guy says.
"It's terrifying." Aurora murmurs.
"It is. Are you hurt?" He asks.
"No. No, I'm not." Aurora says.
"Good." He says.
He stands up and helps her to stand up. Aurora taps her butt from getting dirty. Then, that guy walks away unnoticed.
"Hey, thank you for-" Aurora stops talking, and soon she realized that guy was gone. She looks around and there's no sign of him.
"Where is he?" Aurora asks.
She grabs her bag and skateboard. She can't see his face but she can feel the warmth of his touch. She smiled when thinking of it.
"Thank you." Aurora smiles. She hopes, that she can meet him again.
Because of that, Aurora was late for school. She arrives and she got detention. She stays at detention class and that scene keeps repeating inside her head.
"Who is he? I'm dying to know him." Aurora whines. It is so bad that she couldn't see his face. That's what Aurora thought. If she meets him again, she wants to say thank you to him.
