______________
After leaving such words, almost all of the new Djinns immediately reacted knowing how absurd it was especially about King David's return as they knew the fact that he was dead. One of them, however, completely didn't react much seeing him just looking at Lev seriously.
"Enough chatting. I didn't steal you away for some conversation like this. So, let's proceed to why you're here with me. I ask you, as Sinbad's former contractors, have you ever sensed someone other than Sinbad was living inside him?" Lev asked even though he wasn't that sure and only spouting his guesses but he still hoping for an affirmation.
"What do you mean, Human?" Baal asked seriously and curiously while looking at Lev upon hearing what kind of absurd question he was spouting again since he was the very first Djinn that Sinbad had.
"So, you really don't know anything." Lev said seeing them clueless about Sinbad but that's to be expected since this question wasn't directed at him and the others but at Zepar, the Djinn of Spirit and Puppetry, who possesses the sixth type of Magic, Sound Magic.
"David was living inside Sinbad." Lev followed as Sinbad really was an interesting character since this information was something only those who read the manga and finished the story would know.
"W-What!!!?" Crocelle couldn't believe what Lev just said. He did not know if he would feel surprised or not as Lev's expression was really hard to tell if he was lying or telling them a joke.
"Human. I don't want to interrupt you but that's not possible. David was already killed a long time ago. And now you're telling us that he's been living in Sinbad? I think there is a limit to your joke, Human." Baal seriously and coldly said thinking Lev was toying with them saying that David was still alive which is very impossible.
On the other hand, Vassago just stayed quiet and just observed the situation thinking that there must be something more about it seeing Alloces and the others didn't react that much and just remained silent.
"Do I look like I'm joking with you about this matter?" Lev replied while looking at Baal but he couldn't blame them for having a reaction since they might not have any clue about it before he looked at Zepar.
"Zepar, you're only a Djinn that has been passed on to Sinbad because of the merging of his Rukh and your former contractor Serendine. I don't know how much you know and your loyalty to him but as the Djinn that possesses sound magic, you should know about one or two, right?" Lev asked as he was sure that maybe Zepar might have known something since he an odd among the Djinns of Sinbad.
Meanwhile, Zepar looked at Lev seriously pondering about the words that he said while the others were looking at him. He has been thinking about it and thought Lev really was peculiar after even knowing this kind of thing that happened in the past.
"Zepar, do you want to say something?" Alloces then asked after Lev told them a while back that he would give them evidence about his claim which he thought that it might be Zepar that he was talking about.
"You're right. Every time Sinbad used my power, I really could hear a faint voice coming within him but I couldn't tell who it was or what he was saying." Zepar replied while remembering when it started but he just didn't bother with it. However, after hearing Lev's words, he couldn't erase such a possibility.
"Assuming you're right, but how the hell did it happen?" Zepar immediately asked looking at Lev as if he knew how it happened than them who survived that battle a long time ago which was very illogical.
"Destiny." Lev, however, only spouted one word yet the Djinns couldn't help but feel surprised upon hearing it.
"But even still, your claim was still hard to believe." Baal said thinking how many had died that day just to kill David yet hearing that he's alive was making him feel really furious about it.
"That's right. Focalor, I bet you have something to say. It was now the right time to tell us about it." Lev said before shifting his gaze to Focalor as he knew that he must also have some knowledge about it.
Hearing Lev, the other Djinns then also redirected their attention to Focalor wanting to know what he was about to say about this matter all the while thinking how much Lev knew about them.
"Ahem. Well. Some time ago, I don't know if this is related but Sinbad used my power combined with the impure energy of the Black Rukhs." Upon getting the hot spot, Focalor then replied seriously while remembering something like in the past.
Hearing Focalor this time, Baal and the others could no longer erase the possibility that Lev wasn't lying to them, but they could not still believe him 100 % if they couldn't see it in their very own eyes.
"Now, tell me. What would you do if David really was inside Sinbad?" Lev finally asked what he wanted to hear the most even though he knew that his words wouldn't still reliable as they still lacked physical evidence.
Hearing Lev's question, Baal and the others lowered their heads as they pondered about it. Though they weren't that sure, the possibility was there after hearing Zepar and Focalor's convincing statements.
"We should kill him now." Surprisingly, it was Zepar who answered with seriousness after deciding that it was more appropriate to move first than to regret it later. He doesn't want to experience again what happened to Alma Torran
"Hmmm. Why? " Lev asked as he looked at Zepar with a smile seeing him not doubting his decision even though Sinbad is their former contractor. He then just wanted to hear as to why he came to such a cruel decision despite the times that they were together.
Hearing Lev, Zepar looked at him before remembering Sinbad. He really wasn't that close to Sinbad since just like Lev said, he wasn't his original contractor and now thinking that David, one of their greatest enemies might be living inside him, he could only think to kill him to avoid any other unnecessary sacrifices later.
"Either way, killing David is a must but it doesn't mean we need to kill Sinbad too." Lev said that he already had a plan on how to kill David without killing Sinbad as it was also his mission to do so.
"How?" Zepar asked seeing Lev might have already planned it all from the beginning seeing him so confident with his words.
"Belial." Lev said upon remembering his unique power of separating the soul from the body. With that, he knew that it must be possible to separate David's soul from Sinbad's body.
"Belial, huh." Alloces pondered before remembering Belial and his unique powers.
"It might be possible, but the premise is that your claim must be true first." Baal seriously said thinking that it was possible since what they just needed was to send David's soul somewhere and kill him. However, as the first Djinn of Sinbad and one of the longest Djinn beside him, he couldn't help but get angry a little about it.
"But you still didn't have him yet." Vinea said and Valefor also nodded thinking that they must need to get Belial first before executing the plan.
"There's no need to find him as someone will get it for me and I just need to steal him from his contractor." Lev then smiled upon thinking about a certain duo who would do the job for him later.
Seeing Lev smiling, Barbatos, Vassago, and the others suddenly found themselves agreeing with him.
"You're really interesting. Okay then. I will help you with this plan, but I won't treat you as my King until we find out the truth." Crocelle said seeing that Lev wasn't that bad to serve as a King seeing Alloces and the others' support but he still wanted to know the truth before anything else.
Hearing Crocelle, the other Djinns of Sinbad then also approved of Lev leaving Zepar who was seriously looking at him still pondering about the situation.
"Aside from these problems, I'm much more interested in yourself. Well, you can do whatever you want with my power." Zepar finally said thinking who and what really was Lev who was now in front of them as he could feel something different about him, different from Sinbad.
Hearing such words, Lev couldn't help but smile and shortly after that, the Djinns started talking to each other wanting to find out the place they were transported to and so started exchanging information so they could look for each other.
"Fufufu. You're quite admirable earlier, my King." Paimon immediately heads over toward Lev after everything has finally settled.
"Paimon, what are you doing?" Vepar asked with her brows knitting seeing how Paimon got so close to Lev.
"Hoh. What is it, Vepar?" Paimon looked at Vepar who suddenly interrupted her time with Lev.
"Tsk." Vepar shows displeasure before heading towards Leraje and Vinea.
Seeing Vepar leave, Paimon then lies beside Lev before looking at the surprised and shocked women on his side.
"L-Lev, what are those?" Toto couldn't help but ask with wide eyes seeing several blue beings suddenly appear probably from his weapon and started talking about a topic that they knew nothing about.
It wasn't just Toto as Hera and the others also had such reactions seeing them also having different appearances with each other aside from having the same color on their skin. They could only look at Lev wanting to hear a word from him.
Yamraiha, on the other hand, was also surprised to see such a thing but she was surprised to know that these new Djinns were all from Sinbad which only meant one thing, Lev must have defeated Sinbad and stole his Metal Vessels.
Queen Mira, on the other hand, was completely surprised to see several Djinns other than Paimon and hers.
"Lev, you're not a Magi, aren't you? How could you materialize them outside? I thought a Magi was the only person who could do such a thing." Queen Mira asked as this was the most surprising thing that was bugging her as she herself couldn't do it.
"It's hard to explain but it's all about my weapon." Lev simply answered as it was really his weapon that allowed him to do so even without being a Magi.
Right after that, they then just stayed there talking while Lev let the Djinns roam in this world for a while upon gaining the curiosity of the people below the tower as this was the first in a while they had come to the outside world.
______________
Kou Empire,
Meanwhile, inside a particular room in the Royal Palace, two people could be seen together with their faces completely showing great seriousness as they just encountered a problem that needed to be discussed.
"It's already been several months yet Kouha and Hakuei still haven't returned or even sent a message back to the Empire." Ren Kouen said while frowning as he looked at the documents on the table while getting worried about what happened to the both of them.
"Lord Kouen, where's Lord Koumei?" Kougyoku suddenly asked while nervously looking at Ren Kouen seeing him not in the mood, but she also felt guilty for some reason as she had been called back for an important mission.
"Koumei was out for a mission." Ren Kouen replied while also thinking about their expedition this time, but he was expecting good news since it was he who had gone this time around.
Right after that, Ren Kouen and Kougyuko held a meeting with just the two of them about a piece of very important information looking at the things happening in the world as a wind of chaos started to scatter everywhere.
______________
Garden Tower,
After answering all their curiosity, it was now only Lev, Queen Mira, and the rest who were left behind as the Djinns finally bid their farewell as they wanted to head back to Infinity World after knowing everything that he knew about there.
"The stage has already been set. Let's just wait for the right time and prepare ourselves for the upcoming chaos. Soon, Artemyra will replace all the current powers of the world." Lev said that there was nothing more important events that would occur other than the descending of Ill Ilah.
Meanwhile, Queen Mira just looked at Lev before leaning on his chest and just looking at the horizon seeing how peaceful it was. Just like that, Lev then spent his time together with her lovers all around the country.
