Archer looked clearly at Journee. "So, this is the girl Zion told me about. She is the commissioner's daughter. The girl he hid for years and finally introduced to the world. She decided to walk in her father's footsteps. Well, she is impressive. Anyone who can pick my pocket is impressive. Anyone who can make a fool of me is impressive."
Zion not only stammered but he started shivering. It seemed as if he was looking at a ghost. He knew what happened to the commissioner's first daughter. One day he saw her in his house and then she vanished from the face of the earth.
"Why? What happened, Zion? Saw a ghost?" mocked Journee.
"I… I…" Zion had no idea what to say.
"What say? Should we continue the enmity?" asked Journee.
"Excuse me!"
"Your father was the white whale my father was after. Should we too become archenemy?" inquired Journee.
"My father won, for your kind information," smirked Zion.
