Chapter 21

They are lying on the bed, and Kier is asleep but manages to open his eyes to listen to his wife. He's tired and had a long day.

He guesses they're okay, and she's not mad at him.

Kier’s wife is lying beside him, and her head is comfortably on his chest.

He sometimes kissed her forehead and caressed her hair, things that he always did towards her.

"Your mom is mad at me, and you're mad at me too,” she said dramatically.

“she’s not mad at you, don’t overthink,” Kier sounds sleepy.

He intertwined their hands.

“Maybe I should know how to cook,'' Shielyn said in a lower voice.

“I don’t want to be hated,” she added.

Kier stops caressing her hair.

He pinched her nose.

“Stop overthinking, mom likes you, and she’s not mad, okay? And call her mom too,”

She looked at his pointed nose, it was well defined, and the way it pointed was exact, not too sharp, and she looked at his thin pinkish lips.

She bit my lower lip; why did his lips look sexy? And they are pinkish.
