The teaching of the typical case officially began.

After demonstrating the standard procedure, Zhang Lin stood aside.

The interns, one after another, performed rectal reflex checks.

An intern was performing the procedure with much zeal, while the following interns stayed far away.

"What are you hiding so far away for, if you're not watching properly?" Zhang Lin reproached them.

The intern felt compelled, moving a little closer, yet ready to dart away at any moment.

During his obstetrics and gynecology internship, he stood too close while observing an abortion procedure. The rounded fetus was pulled out from the uterus, causing a blood bag to burst all over him.
