That's all?

"I AM SO FUCKING PISSED!" Chris yelled into the phone.

"Calm down. I know you are pissed, but this is affecting you more than it should." Wilson advised as he pulled the phone far away from his ears.

"No, it's not!" Chris snapped. "I was nice! I helped him get into a taxi, helped him inside the dorm, and even supported him until we got to our room, and I was about to help him take off his clothes when he suddenly pushed me away like a stupid ingrate, and now that I wake up, he's already out of the room without even an apology or anything!"

"Yeah, that is fucked up. But you need to calm down."

Chris ran his hand through his hair in frustration. He wasn't sure why this annoyed him so much, but he was very annoyed. No one had ever treated him like this before.

"I am not going to speak to him ever again! Even if he buys me a million burgers and apologizes on his knees, I won't. In fact, I am going to move out of this place!"

Wilson almost laughed, but he stopped himself and said, "You know what? I am going to show up next weekend, and we are going to have fun. Take a trip around your town and see things. You can hook up with people or whatever. Just have fun and forget about that stupid jock."

"He is not a jock."

Wilson laughed. "He does look like one. Damn! I can totally understand why you are so bothered by him. Dude is fine as fuck!" He said, referencing the video of Sky playing the drums that Chris had forwarded to him.

"Are you trying to piss me off?" Chris asked in annoyance. This was not the time to joke around. He was annoyed!

The door suddenly opened, and when Chris turned his eyes towards the door, he saw Sky enter.

Chris didn't bother to hide his displeasure when their eyes locked, and he threw his face aside.

Instead of going about his own thing, Sky just went to sit on his bed, crossed his arms, and watched Chris on the call.

Chris eyed him, wondering what he was staring at. It also made it awkward because he could not talk about Sky with Wilson now that the idiot was watching him.

"Let's talk later," Chris said before hanging up.

"What are you staring at?" He snapped at Sky, taking in his look.

Sky was wearing a red sweater with a hood and had his hair covered. He also had his nose stud, ear stud, and a couple of rings on his fingers. He wore black joggers and white sneakers, which he hadn't bothered to take off when he entered.

Wilson hadn't been incorrect. He was fine as fuck. And he smelled really nice too. Unlike last night.

What Sky had said last night echoed in his head, and he could not help but wonder why someone like him would say that about himself. He was a literal walking, wet dream.

"I'm guessing you weren't impressed by my behaviour last night," Sky said in a soft voice.

Chris simply snorted at him.

"Although I cannot exactly remember, I wanted to apologize."

"If you cannot remember, why are you apologizing?" Chris asked rudely.

"I know I drank a lot last night. I swear, I didn't mean to bother you. I usually do not drink much, and even if I did, I didn't want to push it on you and trouble you with taking care of my drunken self. So I'm sorry for the trouble I caused you last night."

"That's all?" Chris asked in disbelief.

He didn't remember rudely shoving him off when he tried to help?

"Did I... do or say... something... unpleasant, right?" He asked with a hesitant look on his face.

Chris looked even more annoyed now that he didn't remember.

He ignored Sky and plugged his airpod in his ears before he walked toward his wardrobe to do... nothing. He didn't even know why he went there.

Suddenly, he felt Sky's presence behind him, and immediately he turned around; Sky was right in front of him. That kind of startled him since there was basically no space between him, Sky, and the wardrobe door on which his back was resting.

Sky was too close. Very close.

His smell, his body, his lips. They were all right there in front of Chris.

He locked eyes with Sky, who was also staring at him.

He suddenly saw Sky's hand reaching for his face and didn't even make any effort to push him away.

Yes, he had promised himself he was not going to get himself involved in any entanglement but he couldn't help himself. He had a kind of love-hate relationship with him. Not that kind of 'love' but you get the gist.

And the situation was quite interesting because he was usually at the other end. He was usually the one who teased people—the one who made the move. It was never the other way around. And he was even a little taller than Sky.

However, when he thought Sky was going to touch his face, he reached for his ears instead and took off the left airpod before leaning closer to whisper, "Let's go out."
