Chapter 79

"Listen you Earth Kingdom maggot," Azula spoke when Haru stood up and smiled at the ships.

As much as she wished to kick his ass, she knew that her nation's troops were in danger. She knew the power he possessed, which could destroy their ships.

Haru turned to her, and he smiled.

For the spirit's sake, his calm cool smile annoyed her more than anything.

"It's the United Earth Kingdom," Haru replied.

"Whatever." Azula rolled her eyes. "Listen. We can come to a deal. There is no need to take things too far. You have proved that you are more powerful than us. As much as I hate to admit it, winning the war is nothing to you. I can convince my father to take our troops, peacefully out of your lands. I can swear on my head that he would accept your offer right off the bat."

As much as it humiliating it was to say that, Azula knew that it was their only option.

After all, if they managed to withdraw their soldiers, they would win.

With the coming of Sozin's comet, they can burn the whole Earth Kingdom into ashes.

However, if they died and Haru managed to do something to the Fire Nation, they would be losing.

There was another reason for Azula to beg for this deal.

She didn't want to appear as a shameful figure who would bring shame to their father. She didn't want her father who had always been proud of her to see her in that state. She knew it was out of her power and it wasn't her fault. But it would be the first time she would appear as a loser to her father.

"Oh really. And you won't bother us again."

"I promise you that." She said. "We have lost many troops. We can't match you unless we left our nation without troops."

"How about Sozin's comet day?" he asked her.

Azula shivered. Lowering her head, she exhaled a long sigh. She knew that she couldn't manipulate him.

Haru, unlike the Avatar, seemed to have the ability to see through her.

As much as Azula was proud of being cruel, she was no match to a man who could kill many troops with a cold face.

She had seen how he'd squeezed their troops, and she knew she had been lucky to stay alive.

She was a hostage, that's all… plus an extra head of height, pair of large boobs and ass. The only good side here was that she managed to surpass Ty Lee.

After cutting the hopes of Azula, Haru turned to the fleet that approached his ship and was 50 meters away from him. It was funny how Azula had thought that Haru was unaware of Sozin's comet. Well, he had to give her a point for being clever for her age. At her age, Haru had been busy between training his bending and dealing with his puberty urges.

Flicking his fingers, he made Azula and her friends float in front of him, using them as human shields as the ships aimed their canons at him.

In the front ship, a man with fancy clothes of an Admiral stepped forward.

"Haru, the Hundred Man, surrender and you will have a fair trial in the Fire Nation. Or you will die right here and right now." He said with an imposing tone.

Haru exhaled a long sigh. "Sure, with what? Your canons?"

He didn't need to make a slight movement to make Azula and her teammates float in front of him.

"If I'm going down, then the princess of the Fire Nation, the prodigy that your lord is proud of, will die. My death isn't certain, but hers and her friends are." He said. "I'm a cruel man, and I've had my share of blood the last days. You see how your bossy princess of shaking. It's living to prove that I'm a man of my word."

"Stop playing dirty. Using children and women isn't honourable. Are you the Earth King? You seem more of a bandit. Where is your honour?"

"Hahaha!"

Haru couldn't help but laugh when he remembered how the Fire Nation treated children and old women.

"Is there something funny!"

"Your words." Haru laughed. "You think you know about honour and all. Listen here, you old man. The only thing I know for real is there will be blood." He took a deep breath. "And it would be yours if you don't realise that you are in no situation to talk to me."

"You dare to speak like that to me, junior." The admiral said, cocky. He seemed to have confidence by having a whole fleet backing him.

"You have three seconds to make a decision." Haru stared at him dead in the eyes. "Until I kill the hostages before I kill all of you."

The admiral lifted his hands and yelled, "Stop! Leave the princess out of this, and we can come to deal."

"Hey!" Mai exclaimed. The goth girl that had been silent for a long time couldn't help but raise her voice. "I'm the daughter of the governor."

Ty Lee just lowered her head.

"You're not important." The Admiral said.

Haru lifted his hand, and he said. "The princess would be out of this, once the Fire Lord come to me and agree to negotiate with me. I'll give you five seconds. And once I close my fists, the princess will be the first one to die."

Haru could see the weakness of the admiral.

He feared sacrificing the life of the princess more than anything.

Or rather, he feared the Fire Lord's wrath if he let the princess die.

Still, Haru was serious with his threat as he started lowering his fingers.

"One, two." With each number, he lowered a finger.

Azula started choking, yelling and cursing as the pressure was increasing with each finger.

"You, stop! Don't kill me! Don't!" she yelled.

"Stop!" the Admiral yelled. "I'll deliver your letter to the Fire Lord."

"That's a good boy." Haru opened his hand, and the pressure was lifted on the Fire Nation princess.

Once Azula and the rest of the girls fell, Azula turned her head and said.

"Hey, bastard. That hurts." She then exhaled blue fire at him, which seemed to hurt her tongue.

Haru jumped back slightly.

Azula stopped. She then started taking deep breaths and exhaling on the red spot next to her lips.

Somehow, Haru found that action to be cute.

Time passed, and Haru allowed the girls to use the bathroom while wrapping the metal around their hands. He had treated them badly, and he believed that they deserved it. Whether they are hot or not, they were still his enemies. Probably, after this is over, they would only become his haters.

After taking control over Ozai, Haru would make Iroh the Fire Lord. That way, the tea-loving dude would take control of the Fire Nation, and he would guarantee that no one would step in Haru's way.

Of course, to bind the Fire Nation to the Earth Kingdom, Haru would use the tool that was created for that purpose.

Political Marriage.

And he would make his kids, in the future, take over the Fire Nation and rule it after the old man dies.

"What are you thinking of." Asked Kyoshi.

"Ending things peacefully," Haru said while staring down.

"Stop acting like a crazy man." Azula, from the side, scoffed. "And what you mean by ending things peacefully."

The Admiral, a few hours ago, had sent a hawk to the palace. The Fire Lord had gotten the report, and he sent that they would meet on a neutral land, a near island.

Now the ships were moving there while waiting for the Fire Lord to arrive.

Haru had thrown the anchor, the Fire Nation troops started filling the island.

The island was an empty place with a huge mountain in the middle. The dirt was red, and the trees were rare here.

"The Fire Lord has arrived!" yelled a man from one of the Fire Nation ships. "Let the discussion for the fate of the world start."

Haru turned his head, observing a large fancy red ship. On its top, there was a man dressed in black robes. On his long hair, there was a gold pin that tied it into a lock.

"Let's get to the island girls." Putting his hands in his pocket, Haru jumped off the ship. The girls, who had been tied by the metal, floated and followed him.
