Henry's transplant was done successfully.

Both Robert and Henry will start their recovery period right now, as to Robert, it was crucial for him to stay overnight, but his family insisted that he'd spend at least three days under the supervision of the doctors.

It was very different for Henry. The doctors could not give him certain dates since it depended on many factors. Recovery time for a donated bone marrow transplant could take 2-3 weeks, while they would still monitor him from afar for a year to mitigate complications should ones arise.

While the long day long since had ended for both patients now, it was far from over for George, Gloria, and naturally, Cynthia who was deeply concerned for her husband.
