Cringe

Georgina held her breath, looking back at Luca with equal surprise. She tilted her head slightly, checking if Xander was there behind Luca. However, he wasn't there. It was just Luca.

"You…" Georgina opened and closed her mouth, not knowing how to react.

"Georgina." Horror slowly resurfaced on Luca's face as she scanned the empty room. "What is…"

She trailed off, eyes falling back to Georgina. "Why are you here?" Luca ran towards her with worry, kneeling in front of her in panic. "What happened? Why?"

Luca spewed myriads of questions out of panic while trying to get the chains out of Georgina. As she did so, Georgina studied Luca's reaction for a moment. Luca was genuinely scared and confused which was a natural reaction for someone like her.

Seeing this as an opportunity, a thin smirk resurfaced on Georgina's lips. It disappeared in a snap of a finger, forcing a tear out of her eyes.
