Earlier, Leo decided to not use the [Weapon Card] so soon; however, after thinking for a moment, Leo felt it would be better to use it.

Even though the front runners didn't have much defence power, their attacks would be lethal and Leo had to kill them in a single strike. No matter how careful Leo was, there was a high chance that he would be killed instantly or even if he was not killed, he would be critically injured.

Moreover, with his current strength, he won't be able to kill them instantly. Therefore, he needed a weapon with which he could kill them with a single strike.
