Boasting His Career

Mario is definitely full of himself. If there are times that Randy is smug, Mario is the worst. This is what Sarah thought. 

Mario is not just selfish, but he always acts highly. Indeed, he came from a noble family back in Hungary, but Sarah didn't like this kind of behavior. She was wondering why he chose medicine as his profession. 

And the funny thing is that Mario was mocking Randy for being poor. He did not accept the latter's hand for a handshake, but he acted as if Randy was not worthy of touching him. 

Thinking how egocentric Mario was, unknowingly, Randy won Sarah's heart. Sarah was infuriated by how Mario belittled Randy.

She could not have peace of mind if she did not take revenge on behalf of Randy. Therefore, she may smile at Mario, but deep down, she is disgusted by the man.

Yet she masks her malicious smile and asks him, "Mario, have you not recognized who my fiance is?"
