[Hiatus] Itachi reincarnated into a cultivation world

Itachi flicked his fingers on Sasuke's forehead as he took one last look at his brother, he was losing consciousness however he had to do one last thing, Itachi transferred the last remaining power he had to Sasuke, in order to protect him from Madara.

A smile formed on Itachi's mouth as he slowly lost his consciousness and darkness descended, the last thing he remembered was the look of shock and relief on Sasuke's face, as itachis limp body hit the wall in front of him. He was dead, Itachi of the leaf was no more…

In a faraway land, a kid aged 6 was laying down on his back, drenched in blood and bruised all over, occasionally you would see crows and different animals taking a look at the youth almost in pity then continue to go about their business.

The youth slowly opened his eyes, instead of happiness a look of shock and confusion was written all over his face.

"Where am I, is this hell? Why can't I move my body, wait where am I?"

Itachi laid there motionless as an influx of memories assaulted his mind, only then did he have a rough idea of who he was and where he was, he had reincarnated into the body of a youth, the name of the youth was Lin Feng, the place he was at was in the outskirts of a remote village in the empire of great tang.

" So that's how it is, it seems I'm in a faraway land , this is no longer the ninja world I know"

Itachi was a carefree character, he was able to adapt to all situations and go with the flow, as soon as he realized he had reincarnated he was no longer shocked, he thought to himself what good would it be to lay down here any longer.

Thus, Itachi slowly got up, he felt really strange, he could no longer feel his chakra points or chakra flow. The body felt alien to him however he still managed to get up and walk.

"Even though this body is beaten and bruised, it still feels better than my body before coming here"

Itachi felt great because he was no longer suffering from his terminal illness, he had to take mouthfuls of medicine just to stay alive prior to this.

Itachi ignored the pain his body had and continued to walk.

The sun was scorching hot, as Itachi strolled through the wilderness, he could distinguish a small village in the distance, it reminded him of his younger days in Konoha, except this village was just a rundown place with a few bamboo houses, the population wasn't large either.

"Look its that trash lin Feng, he's been beaten up again"

"Hmph, serves that trash right"

Itachi was not phased by any of these comments and continued walking through the village, according to his memories his house should be just further ahead. His original body was a boy with low aptitude and no talent, hence he was named the trash of the village. The original body was beaten up by a bunch of other kids, however due to the injuries he sustained he passed away, that's when Itachi reincarnated into the youth's body.

" I'm home…"

Itachi looked around his small house and sighed.

Even though he adapted to his current situation, he was still skeptical if this was all real, he still remembered all the turbulent emotions he went through back in the ninja world, he wanted to finally find peace by dying but it seemed the heavens had other plans.

The small house was incredibly run down and barely had anything within, only a small bed and a wardrobe were inside, Itachi strolled over to the bed and quietly sat down, as if staring into space Itachi looked at his hands and sighed.

"Why am I alive, do I have to live through all that pain and suffering again"

Itachi was reluctant to give life another chance, he had planned his death for years, and after all that he had come back to square 1.

As Itachi was deep in his thought he realized something in the corner of his room.

"A mirror…"

Itachi came back from his thoughts and a hint of curiosity flashed on his face, he wanted to know what he looked like, ever since coming here, he hasn't seen his face. He slowly got up and walked towards the mirror, when he took a peek at the mirror he lightly gasped!

"Huh… I, I have my Sharingan??"

He could see a deep red in his eyes as a 1 tomoe Sharingan span at lighting speed, he couldn't believe his eyes, he actually had his Sharingan? Although it was only at 1 tomoe it still surprised Itachi. He tried to activate 2 or 3 tomoe but he wasn't able to . There was no chakra within his body, so how was he even able to activate his Sharingan? It seemed impossible.

But then all of a sudden a voice appeared that Itachi would never forget

"System is activating, initializing… 98%..99%..100%… The system has been activated."
