Chapter 22: Returning to Feng's Home

After listening to her words, Lara stamped her feet angrily before finally leaving.

"Genna, what did she want with you?"

Charlotte shook her head, wondering who the person Lara mentioned could be. Recently, the only person she had interacted with was Flow Stanley. Was he still holding a grudge?

Since she finished work early today, Charlotte decided to pay a visit to Dr. Russell at the hospital.

Before she could arrive, she received a call from Henry.

"Where are you?"

"Just finished filming and was about to pick you up. What's up?" Charlotte asked, noting the odd tone in his voice.

"No big deal, just that Mom suddenly wants us to have dinner at home. You come to the hospital, and we'll go together."

"Huh?" Charlotte couldn't help raising her voice in surprise.
