Stranger Things

Lin Cian watched the scene in front of him with a heavy heart. He was scared of the ruthless things those men were trying. He was frozen. He couldn't do anything because it is very clear that anyone of the two men can easily kill both Lin Cian and William. He felt helpless. But it is doesn't seem to be the case of William.

When Lin Cian turned his head towards William he saw William's eyes were fixed to a pair of eyes. His body didn't react anyway but his eyes betrayed him. His eyes filled with despair.

After a few moments, William's eyes shed tears unwillingly. He felt something cold in his cheeks and ran his fingers through it only to find that he was weeping unconsciously. He looked at the ground for a moment trying to avoid eye contact with her. But his instincts never gave up.

Lin Cian understood something. He knew that William had a strange identity that let the others avoid him at all cost. He only seem to be friendly with Lin Cian but Lin Cian didn't know his true identity.

Lin Cian was stunned to see the strength of the two men in front of them. He used the demon's gaze skill to inspect them. Their energy fluctuation wasn't of a human's. It was something strange and strong that is far away for humans.

But that didn't surprise him. what surprised him was William's strength. William also had an equal amount of strength. The woman in front of them had a similar aura with William and was also strong enough but she looked like she was poisoned.

The semi-naked man neared the unwilling and hopeless woman who was fighting against her unwanted fate. He saw how hard the woman was fighting against her fate and made a creepy smile. His smile is enough to make anyone scared off. He enjoyed the helplessness of the pitiful creature laying helplessly on the ground.

As soon as he reached near the woman and tried to touch her body he felt something. Something very strange. He noticed something that was moving very fast against him. His eyes widened and were surprised. Before he could reach for anything his heart was pierced by a long but sharp object.

But the one whose heart is pierced didn't react in pain but joy. He smiled and laughed at the figure who was standing in front of him. He saw a tall figure wearing a black cloak with a hood. It was William who was in rage. Lin Cian hasn't seen him being this angry. But is understandable to Lin Cian because of his identity which Lin Cian just found.

The semi-naked man saw the jade-like beauty laying on the ground beside him and turned his eyes towards William and said in an unbelievable tone.

"How stupid are you?"

Then he stared at William and smiled at him. Of course, it was not friendly. The man placed both his hands over William's spear which pierced his heart and pulled it back as it was just a thorn piercing his flesh. Lin Cian's eyes widened. But William's didn't. He looked as if he knew it would happen.

The other one on the semi-naked man's side was standing calm behind him. He was so relaxed and collected. He just stood there and didn't open his mouth because he was confident enough in the other one's strength.

Both the semi-naked man and William engaged in a fierce battle. They both fought with their bare hands. Lin Cian was shocked to see William's real strength. Both of their strength was equal and balanced.

After a few exchanges of fists and kicks, the man tried to grab William but fooled himself because William gave a deadly blow at that point. William purposely gave a loophole to exploit the man's arrogance. But the man didn't give up. He stared at William and smiled. suddenly the nails and fangs in his body started to grow and his body stature became a little bigger. Two sharp fangs he had on his upper jaw didn't chill the spine of William who started to attack again.

When the sharp claws and the sharp fangs were equipped by the other man William was on his decline but he didn't decide to give up. William felt a deep rage to fight against him and his body urged him to do so. Suddenly one of the claws punctured William's shoulder on the left.

William fell on his left knee and tried to stand up but the other man who was pushing him down was very strong. The man bought his fangs near William's neck on the other side of the hold whose other claw was holding William's right arm.

Lin Cian was frozen and couldn't do anything. Many thoughts were lingering in his head. On the first side, William is his friend who helped and motivated him to continue his path. On the other side is the one who is waiting for him. A person who let go of everything to get together with him. But at last, he chose the first side.

Suddenly Lin Cian heard the sound of bones breaking and a loud noise

"Baam"

The next moment the man who bought his fangs near William's neck was down. But he was a few meters away rolling down on the ground until got hit by a tree to be stopped. The man's body clothes were torn and his body was bleeding. He gave William a deadly stare as he was laying down on his stomach near the tree.

Lin Cian was in a speechless state by the strength of William but was also a little scared of his friend when he see him at this very moment. The eyes of the woman who was on the ground glimmered with a little bit of hope.

Lin Cian stared at his friend because what he saw there was not the one he know for a few years now. He didn't see blonde hair with a huge muscular build and chiseled face. The mountain-like shoulders were not present in him.

What he saw instead was a huge body, fully covered with fur of thick gray with brown hue. The body was more than three meters height. His arms were half the size of Lin Cian's body. His waist is of the height of Lin Cian's chest. His hands are large enough as the head of a person can be fit in. His eyes emitted a sharp aura as if he was going to tear anything. His clothes were torn and he was also semi naked as the transformation couldn't be fit in the clothes he wore.
