A Secret

Archer's POV

"I couldn't believe Ella would ask me something like that, Kent, and I was stunned when I heard her request; it never crossed my mind," I said, and my cousin looked amused as he leaned his back on the couch. I called him after I talked with Ella, and I could tell until now that she could still blow my mind, and I could still feel the boiling of my blood as I remembered our conversation.

"Well, I guess your girlfriend knew you had a misunderstanding with your father, and she wanted to play some games with you." He replied.

"For your information, Ella was my ex-girlfriend," I replied right away, and he was laughing so hard.

"You know, buddy, you looked so ridiculous, and I couldn't believe you would get confused with Ella's status in your life; you were calling her your ex-girlfriend. Is it because she is now your fiancee, or does it mean another thing?" He asked.
