A little while earlier, Alfred and Jester had been alerted to the situation and they hurried to lend their support but found that Yvie had already played a very crucial part in restraining him.

A little while later the situation had changed again as he was close to breaking out so Alfred grew uneasy. 'If he breaks out… I can imagine the damage he will do and how many he will kill before falling. This may be a final stand for him which makes him even more dangerous so we must be smart about this. What do we do..'

He thought back to a lecture he received a long time ago.

Alyssia stood before them and spoke. "I know some of you are pure martial artists or swordsmen but you will eventually run into some walls along the way. They may be someone with a strong physique, high skill or they possess Haki. Many of these can be countered with enough training, experience and luck but there is something that can make these become unstable and sometimes turn the tides of battle. Different Devil Fruits have different uses or tricks, some could require a large amount of energy to do, others can be activated upon having contact by the hands and others may even fire off some form of beam so they can be tricky to deal with while some will change the person's body. I recommend fighting smartly against such enemies and never run into a battle with them without a backup plan or solution to their powers."

Alfred frowned. "Then how do we deal with them?"

Alyssia answered with a smirk on her face. "Most types of powers have a weakness due to their element or whatever they are based off. If there is a power out there then there would be one to oppose them, there would be something in the world that could be used to oppose it. If the ability is required to be used by touch or fired like a beam then all you need to do is avoid it but if it is an ability to make someone stronger or requires a large amount of energy to gain a strong power then you will need to either defeat them quickly before they can continue to grow or you can delay or restrain them until they run out of energy."

Alfred asked. "What if we cannot delay any further?"

Alyssia took out some handcuffs and shook them casually. "Simple.. create a situation where you can hit them with a Sea Prism Stone weapon and hold them down with it or put a cuff on them that is made from Sea Prism Stone. The biggest weakness would be that most Devil Fruit users have not been exposed it so they have not been able to build up any form of immunity. They will become weak immediately upon it coming into contact with them and then you can proceed to restrain or capture them as they are weakened. However if you are a Devil Fruit user then I do not recommend it since you could potentially self destruct mid combat, one slight wrong touch on a certain part of a weapon or cuff in your hands will weaken you before you can even use it on your enemy."

Everyone nodded as they understood.

In the present time, Alfred had realised that many of the tactics could not be used so he quickly devised a plan which was very risky.

He took up the highest risk task as he waited for the lawless king to nearly escape from the vines, when the time came he grabbed onto the arm tightly with his strong cyborg grip as he prepared to put the cuffs on it.

Upon seeing Alfred acting, Sunila fired one final flash trick arrow which helped Alfred to put the cuff on the arm before it was pulled back.

Suddenly the vines were expertly cut apart by Liushi and Jester who looked down at the weak body of the lawless king who could no longer put up a fight against them.

Jester laughed. "You put on a good show but this is all you can do in the end. You will make a good present for the boss."

Liushi sighed. "You were a good opponent but it is a shame that you have such a terrible personality. I feel a little sorry for your allies."

Alfred snorted. "Everyone, hurry and hold the ground we have captured and do not let anyone escape."

Suddenly there were several sounds of triggers being almost pulled in the surroundings from many directions and from afar which caused everyone to become shocked while Alfred revealed a look of anger. 'So they have already turned on us.'

When the benefits were in front of them, not everyone could stick to an agreement and they would act for their own benefit.

Although the Rica Island King had warned people not to act rashly, many had taken the moment where the White Storm had achieved victory as the perfect moment to act.

Often when someone achieves victory over an opponent, the next moment is when they are most vulnerable to attack since they have partially reduced their combat awareness and guard.

Some of the noble families of Rica Island saw their chance and took it right away as they ordered their snipers to open fire on many of the key members of the White Storm without any kind of warning.
