JACOB was shocked when he witnessed the significant change in Carina's face, which turned into a significantly older woman who was thin and could barely walk in a hunchback.

"What happened to you?" Jacob asked in disbelief at the woman's changed appearance. He was considering his stance to attack the powerful witch, but he controlled himself. He could not afford to fail to rescue his wife—too many witches inside and outside the palace.
