Chapter 63: Elemental Fairies
Seiya then went to each attraction appraising their worth and age. His appraisal ability works even for places and can ascertain their worth.
If he found anything that an attraction required to add or adjust, he wrote instructions and handed it to the respective responsible person for the attraction.
Elementario Theatre.
"I am the spirit of water, Muse~! I hope you like our performance!" Muse, a teenage girl of average height, with short silver-white hair and emerald green eyes, smiled brightly.
"Kobory, the earth spirit, here… Hope you enjoyed our performance." A girl, with long brown straight hair with flower clips and brown eyes, waved her hand uninterestingly.
"I am Sylphy, a wind fairy, weee~!" Sylphy, a blonde hair and blue eyes girl with the biggest burst out of all of them, continued to dance despite the end of the performance.
"Salama, the fire spirit here…" Salama, a girl with short red hair, waved her hand while using her phone.
The audience was two people with huge disappointment on their faces.
"Sento, for love of God, please tell me you didn't show this crap to the audience. Oh gosh, this isn't even comedy." Seiya massaged his eyelashes.
"They were part of their respective attraction a month ago but because previous performers left, they had to shut down their attraction and form this theater. Yes, their performance is always like this." Isuzu replied with deadpan eyes.
They came to Elementario Theatre to measure their performance.
Seiya had come here on his second date but he was so fed up that he didn't even notice these four element spirits.
His aim to watch each of their performance was to see if these girls had any hope to attract the public. Although they were cute, that's about it, they have zero coordination.
"But what was the purpose of watching their performance?" Isuzu asked as she followed Seiya to the stage.
"To see if I could form an Idol group," Seiya said as walked towards the only good performer Muse.
"I-idol… group?" Muse muttered with a flustered face as she noticed Seiya's eyes glaring all over her body.
"Yes, even though you all have basic requirements to make one, you are all lacking once curtail asset," Seiya answered.
"What is it?" Kobory asked.
"Its coordination," Seiya said and took Kobory in arms. "Music!"
Kobory was flustered and confused but as soon music started, she was already dancing toe to toe with Seiya.
Isuzu was a little pissed Seiya was dancing with another girl and thought he was just a pervert but the dance he showed was that of a professional couple.
She was aware that Kobory had the least dancing skill yet her weakness can't even be seen in this performance.
It was then Seiya moved towards the red-haired chick Salama.
"Sing with me!"
"Wait! I can't…"
Before Salama could reply, Seiya already started to sing.

♫Saa saa mina kore ichidou ni♫

Seiya then glanced at Salama to join the lyrics.
"Acchi itte…. kocchi itte socchi itte dou sun no!
Satto itte matte katte datte iitte sou sun yo…!

Konseiki saidaikyuu no kagaku han'nou asobase
Shihouhappou tonde itte sa♫"
Salama fumbled at the start but she picked the line later as Seiya helped her pronounce the lyrics with his lip sing. Seiya had already uploaded this song on YouTube so it was very famous.
It was then both of them join the chorus,
"Hore! Hore! Hore!

The rest of them applaud the couple. Kobory was the weakest of them all when it comes to physical performance while Salama's singing skills were just bad but because of Seiya's performance, not only did he cover their weakness but also strengthen their roles in what they are good at.
"You see, each one of you does lack the required skills but anything can be covered with good coordination. I hope if I see you again, I will be able to see a better performance."
"HAI!" All element spirits answered in a union.
"But what about me?! I also want to dance with Kanie-chan~!" It was Sylphy who hugged Seiya out of nowhere with her huge boobs pounding at his chest. All the girls including Salama and Kobory, who just witnessed the charm of their new manager, flinched.
"I will dance with you if you help your fellow members," Seiya smirked. He could feel the death glare of a certain busty girl. A little longer and that girl will definitely pull her musket.
"Okayie~!" Sylphy smiled and give a quick peck on his cheek.

All the other elemental fairies flared their aura so much that a mini storm started to form in the small theatre.
"Kanie-san, we will be taking Sylphy away," Muse said with twitching eyes as she clenched Sylphy's shoulder.
"Yes, don't worry. We will teach this insolent some manners as well." Kobory also grabbed Sylphy's other shoulder and then both of them dragged the airhead fellow spirit away followed by Salama who left her phone number in Seiya's hand.
"Looks like someone is brimming with envy~," Seiya smirked.
"I am not. Please stop with your useless remarks." Isuzu said with deadpan eyes.
Seiya smirked and then resumed his walk. "Let's go, Secretary Sento."
"Hai." Isuzu nodded and followed her boss.
Seiya and Isuzu then went to other attractions and locations where his assistance was needed in person. It was then a huge stadium came into view.
"Sento, is that the abandoned Amagi Stadium of the second park?" Seiya asked as he saw this huge stadium abandoned for ages.
When he was going through documents, he noticed the formation of the second park which is south of the original location.
In the early 80s and 90s when the park was founded and the economy was booming, the park was at its peak. At that time, the idea of Second Park was proposed to attract more attention.
But it ended up in failure. The bubble popped and the money vanished.
It was then the project was abandoned. Even proper reasons were omitted from the documentation.
The decline started from this project. Maple Real Estate is Latifa's secret funding organization that provides money from Maple Land of Magic Realm to the mortal world all the way to Japan. Amagi Development is the one that organizes the assets as they are holding shares to do so.
Even though the whole area comes to their jurisdiction to develop various projects all around the park, Seiya only saw those love hotels on his way. There was not even a proper residential area to support the park or any nearby bus location or train station. It was clear that they had been openly trying to shut down the park at all costs.
"Yes, it was built 20 years ago to attract people but the project failed. The nearest train station is already 10 minutes away from the bus stop and you know the 'real' bus stop."
"But why abandoned it completely? It could at least be used in other ways."
"Amagi Development was the cause. Same with the bus stop problem, they cited various reasons like notices from the fire department and issues from health care. They want to make this park, a golf course, or a residential area. Other reasons are still unknown."
"I see…" Seiya nodded. He thought that the business industry is more complicated than he thought. It was evident that this park was being suppressed by outside factors.
"Do you plan to use this stadium?" Isuzu raised her brow.
"Of course, I do. This is just the thing I am looking for. It just needs a little renovation and I will make it come to work again. Sento, add the repair and maintenance to query."
This place was not fit to have a stadium like this but this stadium was just the key he needs.
"Got it." Isuzu nodded and added to her file. For the time she spent with Seiya, she could guess that Seiya would take this abandoned stadium into consideration seeing his cheery expression.
"Let's go and check it out," Seiya said and was about to walk when Isuzu grabbed his arm.
"I can't let you continue. Kanie-kun, I know you are doing this out of responsibility but I can't let you walk with a hungry stomach. Let's go to the cafeteria." Isuzu said and started dragging Seiya.
It is her duty as secretary to make sure the well-being of her boss. She didn't even notice that she was holding Seiya's hand where they seemed like a couple.
'She is not a bad girl…' Seiya smiled as he was a little touched by her actions. For now, he followed her. Let's see how much she can dodge his charms.
