March with the People

Katie sat at the back of the limousine with Brunhilde beside her. The seats inside were designed with themes of black and red. The seats faced each other with a window dividing the back from the driver and codriver.

Katie wasn't sure if she'd ever been in a car this luxurious before. Oddly enough, it didn't faze her. Had Cole been here, she probably would've felt different.

Then again, she'd have been so absorbed by his presence that she probably wouldn't have noticed the colours of the seats.

'Perhaps after we're used to being around him again,' Ashley chuckled.

'Perhaps…' Katie sighed.

A sixth sense made her stomach turn… 'We still have a bit of time before we meet him, don't we?' Ashley asked.

'Yeah… Many hope to meet with us,' Katie replied.

Frank sat on the opposite side of Katie and tapped the dividing window behind him. The vehicle hummed to life and started moving ever so gently.
