The unfortunate Lover

Patrick is having a very bad day at the office. That he decided to just go to his shop and make some new sketches there.

He knew his father would be at home at this hour. And he wouldn't want to have another argument with him. After that incident when he purposely checked on Marc's behavior while at the meeting. His father scolded him so much for being "too arrogant" towards his immediate superior. 

"Isn't it better to talk to him frankly? Then to tell of others behind their backs?" 

He remembered telling his father after the meeting has ended. The latter dragged him into a corner and started scolding him quietly.

His father pursed his lips in an agitated manner. 

"You could have said that between the of you instead. And not while the chairman was still looking. You made me look like a total fool out there," 

"I don't need to do any of those. You are all already doing a good job at it," he said walking away at his father just like that.
