Water control

The water then turned into a kind of sea serpent, with a transparent light blue color. That crown was spinning on top of his head, following a flow, it seemed to be alive.

On the back of the water wizard was an amazing pair of wings, and several rings of water flowed around the wizard's body. Protecting him as if he were an armor.
