Chapter 135- Addie – The Catacombs Part 1 (VOLUME 3)

**ADDIE'S POV**

Nolan and I were the first to enter that dark passageway. It led to a dark set of stairs that only descended down into the depths beneath the office, and eventually, beneath the Ancient Texts building. I could tell when we passed from the surface level of the world to the underground layers of the tunnel. While it was colder in the tunnel than it had been in the office, the moment that we had gone subterranean there was a noticeable drop in the temperature. It was at least ten degrees cooler, and with summer quickly approaching, a change like that was not at all subtle.
