Chapter 12- Addie – The Vessel to the Academy (VOLUME 3)

**ADDIE'S POV**

Callum was guiding us to somewhere in the general direction of where Nolan had left just last week. I knew this to be where transport vehicles were to station themselves when they were here to collect people that were departing. If it wasn't a vehicle that was a part of the city or palace's usual carriages, they were brought out here. At least, that was what I suspected at first. When I got a little closer though, I started to think that there might be something else that might be the cause of it all.

When I actually saw the vehicle that we were going to be traveling in, I stopped in my tracks. I was not at all expecting what was sitting in front of me. There, at the bottom of a small hill that was just beyond the hedge maze, was a vehicle I had never seen before. And I wasn't even sure what to call it.
