**ADDIE'S POV**

After a moment, there was a sound from beside me. It was Nolan that was clearing his throat so that he could continue the conversation. The sound brought me out of my mental reverie and back to the present. It focused my mind more quickly than almost anything else that I could have thought of at the moment. Isn't that funny?

"That is wonderful." Nolan nodded as he spoke. "Now, there is another thing that I want to let you know about, Violet, something that will affect you and all of the staff that Addie employs."

"What?" I looked to my side and at the man that was obviously doing things that I knew nothing about.

"I had these made for you, Addie." Nolan handed something to me then. The item in his hand had been a small round pin, about the size of a fifty cent piece back on earth, and here in Athea it was about the size of a Lyca.
