Chapter 44 - Kagami and Rui, Vaniville town

Currently at Kagami Household....

Itsuki's father was typing in the computer, writing a report on a project. Itsuki mother was making dinner. But then Kagami suddenly got a message from his son.

[Dad, I know this might sound strange but I need both of you to get out of this town as soon as possible. Dad with mom, both of you quickly get out of this town. I can't explain everything yet but it Oak is going to to attack you or might try to harm both of you.]

Kagami new that their son is very intelligent. Itsuki is very different from other children he very rarely cries and always tries to help his parents. From an early age Itsuki has been very mature for his each age. Itsuki is not the type of who takes rush decisions. So Kagami hearing his sons panicked voice means something major definitely has helped.

"Honey, let go. We are getting out of this town. I will give you 5 minutes to get your important things." Itsuki' mother wjose name is Rui Kagami didn't understand what or why her husband told her to do that but Rui being a intelligent woman chose to do what her husband asked her to do. Rui packed the important household stuff in a bag while Kagami packed his research papers and other work related things in a bag.

After packing all the important stuff, Kagami and Rui walked outside the house and Kagami took out his old partner.

"Come out Braviary"

Braviary is a large birdlike Pokémon that resembles a bald eagle. The top part of its body is red, while its underside is deep blue. It has large, magnificent wings and a feathery white and red crest atop its head and encircling its face. It has a sharp yellow beak and round eyes with dark pupils. Braviary has a long red tail that is striped yellow and blue at the tip, as well as having very strong legs and large, sharp yellow talons with black claws.

Braviary are extremely valiant, loyal, and courageous. They will fight for their friends, no matter what the danger. They will also not stop battling, even if greatly injured.

In fact at some point Itsuki also desired to get a Pokémon like Braviray. Braviray is about 1.6 meters in size and has the strength to carry two people on its back.

At this moment, Kagami and Rui heard voices of many people surrounding their house.

"Where are they?"

"Find Kagami and Rui, beat them out of the Pallet town."

"Our town doesn't need people like them."

"Beat them."

"Destroy everything."

Hearing the Pallet town citizens voices, Kagami and Rui was still in shock. But seeing their dear home where they have spent more than 14 years getting destroyed made both Kagami and Rui very sad.

Some people saw Kagami and Rui. "They are here." Many people began to charge at Kagami and Rui from four directions. Seeing this Kagami acted quickly and pulled his wife on Braviray' back.

"Braviary use gust to distract everyone then fly." Braviary shock its big wings which created strong gust of wing preventing anyone from approaching Kagami and Rui.

Using this chance, Kagami pulled Rui on Braviray's back. Braviary then flew up in the air and left.

Seeing them leaving some people sighed in relief. Those people had good relationship with Kagami and Rui. They knew that both them was very good human with kind heart. They never expected Oak to act this way. Under Oak's threat everyone had to agree to chase them out.

From far away, Oak was looking at the whole scene in amusement. Oak could be seen smiling from time to time.

"Itsuki this is just the starting." Oak then went back home to sleep in peace.

Meanwhile, Kagami hugged his crying wife and watched the scene as their dead home was being burned to the ground. Kagami felt his heart was breaking. At this moment Kagami remember the message he received from his son and knew this whole thing was Oak's fault. Kagami was not that fond of Oak that's why he stopped working with him but now seeing what he did, Kagami was very angry. Kagami hated Oak to death but at the same time was afraid since he knew that his family would have hard time living because of Oak.

Scene change...

After one hour, Itsuki landed on the city near Pallet town. Itsuki was already panicking since his parents haven't message him yet. Itsuki wasn't sure if his parents was safe or not. The system also couldn't do anything in this situation since the system is only useful when there is internet.

[Ding! Master your Father laptop has come online.] Hearing this Itsuki's face lit up. He hurriedly ordered the system to send message to his father.

[Father where are you? I hope you two are safe. I have came to Viridian city to pick you two.]

.

Fortunately, Itsukis' father quickly replied. [We are on our way to the Viridian city Airport.] Itsuki quickly ordered the system to book three 3 business class flights to another region.

[Father, I am also at the entrance of the airport. I am waiting for you two.]

.

Soon after what it seemed like eternity of waiting, Itsuki saw a familiar Pokémon. Itsuki knew this Pokémon was his father's. After landing from seeing tear shading face of his mother and sad, angry look on his father, Itsuki understood something major must have happened.

Rui seeing her son, quickly went to him and hugged him while breaking down in tears. Itsuki can see that his father was also secretly wiping tears.

"All the citizens of Pallet town came to attack us and throw us out of the town. Those people even burned our home." Kagami said in choking tone.

Hearing that Oak had burned this home and also forced them to leave Pallet town which was also Itsukis' hometown, Itsuki eyes turned red. The Hatred Itsuki had for Oak now went above the roof. Itsuki swore in his heart that he will make Oak pay. Itsuki had special connection to that place but now they were forced being leave that place. A part of Itsuki also felt guilty. Because of him his parents also had to suffer.

"Dad, Mom, I have something I have to confess." Itsuki kneeled in front of hid parents. He didn't care everyone watching them. Itsuki then narrated what happened with Ash and what Oak did. Hearing their son story both Rui and Kagami's eyes was filled with anger but there was nothing they could do about it.

"Son we don't blame you at all. For a long time I was also thinking of settling in a new region but my attachment to Pallet town held me back." Kagami said.

"Dad, I have booked 3 business class tickets to Kalos region. We can start our new life there and don't worry. I have earned almost a billion Pokémon dollars from selling Pokémon which I had captured in my journey."

Hearing Itsuki words both Rui and Kagami looked relieved. After all both had spent their years of savings in getting their son a mythical Pokémon from Oak.

On their way to the plane no one said any word. The stewardess lead Itsuki and his parents to business class cabin. The journey from Kanto to Kalos took about 12 hours. During the journey no one really said anything. No one had any mood of eating anything. From time to time Itsuki looked at his parents who looked sad. Itsuki himself was missing their small but warm and lovely home.

Seeing the looks on his parents face and knowing the reason for this, Itsuki again reminded himself who is the one ordered to do all this.

{I will not spare anyone. Oak you have went too far. Since you have taken the thing that I and my family considered the most precious, I will also take the thing that you hold most precious.}

12 hours later,

The plane landed on Vaniville town Airport. Vaniville Town is a small town in Kalos and the trainer's hometown. It is located at the bottom right corner of the region. It is Serena's and Shauna's hometown. The reason Itsuki bought his parents here is because he knew that Serena lived in the town and the whole town is very peaceful and safe. The people here are very kind and welcoming. Itsuki and his parents should able to blend in without any problems.

"So this is Vaniville town?" Kagami and Rui looked around after walking out of the airport. The town was bigger than Pallet town and more developed. The town had an population of 40, 000 to 50,000.
