Escapade 67

I ran towards the prison. I have covered my face but I knew that I would be questioned. Because kitchen maid or not you are not allowed to go in and out of the prison. But the guards were few because many had gone with Lucien for the raid. The prison guards were. Practically none existent. I walked and found a few of them looking at me questioningly but none of them came up to me. When I reached the last door a guard stopped me.

"Why are you going back?", he asked.

" I'm cleaning the mess in the prison", I answered.

"Who told you to do that?", he asked.

" The guard working there", I told him.

"Alright. Make it quick we are going to have food in five minutes ", he said.

When I reached there Sam was pacing there. I threw the rest kitchen cloak they quickly wore it around them.

" Will we be stopped?", he asked.
