“Our tastes match. I think the font and the ink color look classy with the invitations.”
Marsha said, “We can address the invitations and send them out if you give us a list, but that will cost extra plus all the postage.”
“We’ll pay whatever it takes, you have the credit card number. I want them out by Wednesday.” Luca told Marsha. “I’ll have my admin send the addresses to you in the morning.”
“What about the wedding cakes we tasted this morning at the bakery?” Luca asked Dennis. “I like the one with the six plain layers piped at the bottom with pearls and the calla lilies on top made of fondant with the silver ribbons. That one had the dense chocolate cake inside, the one that tasted like fudge.” Luca watched Dennis’s face looking for a clue. He’d take whatever Dennis wanted but he really liked the chocolate.
“I know you like chocolate, that one is great,” Dennis said.
