"Father?" Luther cautiously called his father, who was puffing smoke in their dried out garden.
"Why are you here, Luther? Didn't I tell you that, never leave the annex building?" Gabriel said without looking at his eldest son.
"Father, I am sorry for opposing your order, but when can we see Mother? Why are we not allowed to leave the annex building?" Luther asked with concern.
Ever since the baroness got sick, Luther and his siblings were not allowed to enter the main mansion. Luther's siblings have been crying and throwing tantrums because they have not seen their mother for days. Luther was also worried about their youngest sibling, that they had no news about their state.
"Why can't you listen to me and behave?" Gabriel suddenly grabbed Luther's cheeks, which made the child scared of how his father looked down on him.
"I am sorry, father!"
