-Back at the Todoroki Household-
Rei just placed her attention on Kaga, "How are Kaga-chan? How did you find such a cute child?", she asked Kaga how she was since she had a feeling that there was something going on in her house that she decides to keep coming into theirs.
Kaga hearing this couldn't answer the first one and just decided to go and talk about Eri, "Well, long story short I was looking outside of our moving car and just happened to see her".
Rei being a mother of four children already has her senses as a parent ground and tested with their constant changes in behavior and emotions.
To Rei, Kaga was the same as her children, a child who was keeping emotions and just couldn't speak or express them directly.
"Well, it's good that you helped such a cute girl, Kaga. But do answer my first question too", Rei said with a 'smile' as if to indicate that she should answer.
Kaga who heard this was startled as her Aunty Rei was only mad on very few occasions, "I-I...", though no words came out.
She was too caught off-guard that she was basically a dear in front of headlights,
"Kaga-chan, I won't pressure you further but do speak to your parents. It's warming that you seek comfort within our walls, but only your true home could fill that heart of yours.", she said to Kaga in a comforting tone and embraced Kaga while at it.
Kaga didn't know what to say but just accepted the hug and tried her hardest to hold back the tears, or else Eri would wake up confused.
"C-can I at least take the girl a bath before we leave? I might not be having dinner here for today", Kaga said choking a bit on saliva.
Rei just patted her back, "Of course, but message me when you reach home safely", Kaga could only nod while in the embrace of the mature woman.
Suddenly the little girl stirs awake, the two near her looked over and could help but think of her as adorably cute.
"U-um...wh-where am I?", she said as she rubs her perfectly round red eyes due to sleeping soundly.
Kaga who saw this couldn't help but just hug the little girl, "You're safe, can you tell Onee-chan your name?", Kaga acted as if she didn't know her name due to not wanting to creep the girl out.
"M-my name is Eri, O-onee-chan, don't touch me you might disappear!", she said worriedly but not noticing that she had gloves on her tiny little hands.
"Eri, don't worry you already have gloves on, we'll practice your quirk in the future. But for now let's take a bath, okay?", with a big smile on Kaga's face to assure Eri that nothing will go wrong.
"Um!", she gave her biggest nod as a sign of agreement.

In the bathroom, Kaga could be seen washing Eri's silvery grey hair that has been dirtied by the dirt where Kaga found her.
"woh~", Eri sounded out of her mouth as her Onee-chan is massaging the scalp of her head with soft hands, she even ended up leaning on the body of Kaga that has started to even develop.
"Now, now, Eri, don't fall asleep yet, okay?", Kaga gently reminded feeling proud that her own scrubbing techniques felt good enough to make Eri sleep.
"Close your eyes and I'll wash the shampoo off~", Eri listened and closed her eyes, and moments later warm water was being showered on her hair.
*Pshhh*
She played around whenever water would seep into her lips, and just spurts it out of her mouth like a hose.
Soon, the two are already relaxing within the warm waters of the tub, which could be described as a miniature pool.
With Eri on her laps, Kaga spoke, "Eri, I know you don't know me yet but would you like to come with me?", Eri who heard this just turned around with reddened eyes.
"Y-you won't leave me, Onee-chan?", she mumbles with quivering lips, looking at the Kaga couldn't help but kiss Eri's forehead due to cuteness.
"We'll be family"

"Kaga, take care~" Rei said as she waves goodbye as the car leaves their residence.
While in the car ride Eri was already wide awake after her long rest but still chooses to lean on the big soft tails of Kaga.
"Eri, for now, you can't take the gloves off first, okay?", Kaga reminded the little girl as she thought to herself that she isn't Sakuya Izayoi who could control time to her whims.
Eri nodded but sadly looked down in guilt but this, of course, didn't escape Kaga's sight, "Eri, it's okay, we will always be here for you", the little loli just laid her entire body on the tails of Kaga for maximum comfort.
After a while, they neared home and this was when Kaga instructed the little girl about how she should call the people there. "When you see someone that looks like me with Fox ears, call her Mommy and if you see a big muscled man, call him Daddy okay?"
Though the moment Kaga said the word, mommy and daddy, tears threatened to fall as she remembers how she used to call them but she hid it from Eri's view to not worry her.
As she calmed down, they were already within the entrance and Kaga simply carried Eri into her embrace and waited for Jin to open the car's door, while waiting Kaga had already messaged Aunt Rei of their safe arrival.

"Thanks, Mr. Jin, do take a rest now", she thanked her wonderful assistant and made her way to the main doors where the servants of the house opened it for her.
""Welcome com back, Young Miss""
"Thank you, and please tell the Chef that we will be having dinner here", she said that in one go and immediately headed to where her parents are.
Kaga couldn't help but feel nervous and quicken her breathing as it has been a long time since she has talked with her parents, 'It'll be alright...it'll be alright', she kept thinking to herself.
*clack*

Their footsteps sounded within the halls signifying how quiet the place is, the moment they stood in front of a large set of doors her palms became moist from sweat.

KAGA'S MOM POV-
Hearing a sudden knock on the door without me signaling for an employee, I was curious naturally, "Who is it?", I asked loudly. I waited for a while but no response came.
I became cautious and smelled who it was, I was surprised, it was my daughter and an unfamiliar one with her. 'Probably the child?'
Though I wondered why they were home so early, shouldn't they be having dinner at the Todoroki's?
Then I finally got a response, "U-um...i-it's me", though I was shocked as the voice that came out was filled with nervousness instead of the usual cold one.
Alarm bells started ringing within me as I could sense my daughter's emotions were about to burst, "Come in!", I said and clicked a button to notify Sebas.
The moment my daughter and the child walked in I could see tons of emotions within my daughter's eyes, tears threatening to fall out, and right on time Sebas came.
"Sebas, can you bring the little girl to explore the mansion first?"
"Will do, Madam", he said as he bowed, and surprisingly the little girl followed but not before shocking me, "Bye, Mommy!", she smiled with fast waving hands. 'CUTE!' I thought, but immediately brought my attention to someone who needed it most.

The moment the doors clicked to close small droplets of tears started to fall from my daughter, all I could sense from my daughter now was pain, 'This is the second time she cried...my strong daughter is now crying...'
She tried to mouth off something first but she couldn't, I was already walking towards her as I observed her knees to be shaking.
I embraced my daughter.
And the moment I did, she sank within my arms as her legs gave out, I tightened my hug to assure her of whatever she was feeling, we'll always be there.
"*sniff*...hic...I'm sorry..."
"S-sorry...hic...for being selfish..."
"hic...I'm...a terrible...d-daugh-!!", I tightened my hug to point that she would be startled to not finish that statement.
I couldn't take it anymore.
I didn't allow her to finish it.
Never have I thought of her as a terrible daughter.
My love for Kaga is too much to let her finish that statement.
"Kaga, my daughter, it was I and your Dad's fault. Instead of supporting you we just kept hoping for the fact that you would forget your thoughts of being a Hero"
"b-but...*sniff*...I ignored you...hic"
"I-I even...planned...hic...to run away"
Hearing what she said, all I could think about was being glad that we never reached that point.
"I was...afraid...that maybe...you wouldn't...hic...love me anymore", hearing this, I couldn't help but retort immediately.
"NO! Kaga, there is always something you should know. I and your Dad will never lose our love for you! No matter what! We didn't want you to be a Hero because you're our baby girl. We never wanted you to be put into harm's way."
I loudly reminded Kaga that we never lost our love for her, even though we have lessened our 'I love yous', it didn't mean we don't.
"hic...I love both...of you and Dad"
"Shhhhh, it's okay, it's okay~", I stroked the back of her head and body as she laid her head on my chest, slowly she drifted off to sleep.
"Hah...still our little baby...always falling asleep within our embrace", I muttered to myself of how Kaga keeps falling asleep when being hugged tightly.
"Change did happen..."
