Forgotten Empire (2)

"I'm from the Lathelameal Empire. I travelled far away from home because of some issues" Elijah said, as he shook his head in defeat, pretending not to think about a terrible past.

But all those actions went unnoticed by Pergan whose only focus was on Elijah's words.

"What do you mean?  The Lathelameal empire fell 5000years ago. It was destroyed by its royal clans and subjugated by the combined effort of Bahut and Geruk empire" Pergan said as he slowly became frustrated thinking that the young boy was playing with him, and wasn't adamant about answering his questions truthfully.

Although Pergan didn't care about the young boy's past, if he was going to reward the boy after the help he had offered, then at least he should have some necessary information about him in other to avoid any unnecessary problems in the future. And considering he was an ascendant, such things were always bound to happen.
