A giggle was heard after Dean inquired the voice.

Dean nodded his head. His legs and hands were trembling, but he was doing his best to keep a steady base. He wasn't trying to intimidate that Dread at all, or just look cool; Dean was trying to prove to himself that he could keep standing despite feeling so oppressed.
