I was ahead of Goku, but I didn't leave him in the dirt completely so we could travel together. SnakeWay seemed endless, this would be a headache if he couldn't fly but most people could fly at this point.
I was thinking about the future, there were so many things I wanted to do with this life. Maybe I could start my own family in the future; this would be good. Goku couldn't even be seen behind me at this point.
Grumble Grumble~
My stomach was complaining, I only ate vegetables—which wasn't enough to soothe my hunger. Despite being hungry, I kept flying for another few hours, I decided to amp up my speed to reach my destination faster.
With how fast I was going, I eventually came across the place I was looking for. I laughed to myself when I saw the Snake Princess's castle. "Damn, I should have told Goku to get some capsule from Bulma or something."
I could feel Goku still flying over, but he was too far away from this place. I sat down and waited on SnakeWay, it was best if we went there to eat. I must have really dusted Goku because he arrived an hour later.
"Oh, I'm starving, did you bring anything to eat?" Goku arrived next to me and asked faintly. His expression was devoid of any energy but this was understandable. He had searched for the Dragonballs, then he had to fly across—what seemed to be an endless road.
Goku laid flatly on the ground until he gazed over and discovered the Snake Princess's castle.
"Of course I don't have any food on me, but I'm sure that place does. We should check it out and see if they're selling anything." I obviously knew that no one was selling anything here, I just wanted to eat and be on my way.
"We're saved, let's go check it out!" Goku sat up quickly and rushed off. I followed behind him closely. I warned him about a few things related to this place and what we needed to do.
I had the bag of Senzu beans attached to my waist that could soothe our hunger, but I didn't want to waste these on something like hunger issues.
Once we were upon the castle, a couple of bluish green-skinned girls came out. One had blonde hair, while the other had brown hair; behind them followed another woman with Orange hair.
Snake Princess!
It was like they were expecting us...
"Ah, they're both so handsome... and they're twins!" The Snake Princess eyes glittered like stars when she saw the both of us. Furthermore, I didn't know people could even make these types of expressions.
"Yeah, me and friend are exhausted from flying over SnakeWay, do you guys have anything to eat?" Goku didn't greet them, he came here with a solid goal and that was food.
I didn't say anything, I was also hungry. After we ate, I was planning on leaving right away; this woman was a little crazy.
"Ah, yes, please come inside. We have all the food you can eat here. My two servants will get you guys set up." The Snake Princess quickly had her servants guide us.
There were several servants around, and they all had the same skin tone. We guided to a room where we both sat at a long table. The servant said the food would be out soon, so we waited.
...
"Oh, my, two yummy men all at once. They look the same, I don't know which to choose from, hehe!" The Snake Princess was in her room with another servant, looking at herself in the mirror.
"Miss, you can be greedy, it isn't exactly bad. So, you can have both at the same time; this is also a good thing." The servant with black hair suggested.
"That's right, I've can never get enough. I can just take both of them for myself, they'll leave, no, they'll never want to leave." The Snake smiled and blushed just thinking about it.
"But what if they wanted to leave even after such an experience?" The maidservant asked.
"Then I'll make it so that they can't leave permanently." The Snake Princess's eyes turned sharp and cold, her tongue slithered out like a snake before she quickly retracted it.
The maid didn't say anything, she only smiled. She knew what this meant, this wasn't anything new to her.
...
Meanwhile...
Me and Goku were eating as if it was the last meal we'd ever have. The food of the Snake Princess' Palace was comparable to the food on earth. We stuffed our cheeks while the maids of the Palace continued ot bring platter and plates of food over for us.
They were all stunned as they watched the both of us downed our food. In my life, I had never eaten so much before coming to this world.
Before going into the Palace, I told Goku that—as soon as we were done eating, we should leave as quick as possible.
The Snake Princess hadn't come back yet, so we ate as much as possible. Eventually, we were stuffed and ready to leave. Goku patted his stomach with a smile as he laid back in his seat.
"Tell the Princess that I will be sure to pay her back for this great meal, but we have to leave now." Upon hearing my words, Goku stood up.
"Wait a minute, you should tell her that yourself, she'll be coming out soon." One of the maids hurriedly and spoke. When she spoke, one of the maids quickly left the room to alert the Snake Princess.
"Uh, oh, Kakarot, it's time to go!" Goku nodded and seriously before we rushed out of the Palace.
"WHERE DO YOU THINK YOU GUYS ARE GOING!?" Once we were out of the Palace, we heard the Snake Princess roar in fury. I looked back and could see that her expression had turned sinister and sharp, she quickly ran our way.
At that moment, her body started to change. In mere moments, she had turned in a strange googly-eyed Snake. Her body extended out, her mouth gaping wide trying to devour us whole.
"You served us food, so I'll serve you some food." I quickly shot an energy ball at the Snake Princess, this attack wasn't weak but it wasn't strong either.
"Argggghh!" The ball flew into her mouth and exploded. What followed next was a turpid amount of black smoke coming out her mouth and nose.
Goku couldn't understand why she had turned hostile so fast, was it because they ate her food and didn't thank her personally? Turles had already explained a few things about this person, so when Goku thought about it, he didn't care much.
We both made our way back to SnakeWay and quickly advanced down the path. After training with King Kai, I thought about visiting the Snake Princess again but that might be meaningless. We pretty much just did a dine and dash.
Our speed was faster than before after eating, we could have made it to King Kai's place sooner. It should take me less than an hour to make it there, as for Goku, it might be longer. I decided to accept the loss and fly at Goku's pace.
I didn't mind personally, the scenery of the place was truly too beautiful. It really did put someone's mind at ease, freeing one of worry. I enjoyed it—it was already clear to me that I would want to visit this place often.
Within two hours, we could see King Kai's planet. We jumped flew over towards his Planet and landed.
"This place is really small, I can't believe anyone would live here." Once Goku was close enough, he had a good look at the planet. I didn't reply to his question, I just walked over to King Kai's house, however, I found that he wasn't there.
Beep!
Beep!
"Ah, look out!" Suddenly, we heard a horn honking—when we saw a red car zooming over. I was right in front of King Kai's house, but Goku was in the 'middle of the road.'
"Huh?" Goku didn't try to dodge, he stuck his arm out, then...
Boom!
The front of King Kai's car was totaled by Goku. Bubbles flew out of the car, while King Kai's face slammed into the steering wheel. Gregory had flown out of the car when he spotted the danger, he knew this wouldn't end well.
"Ah-" King Kai got out of his car with an aggrieved expression as he saw his car's damage. King Kai fell to his knee, his car was totaled, just like that.
I had walked over and whispered to Goku that this was King Kai.
"Heh, King Kai, right? Sorry about your car, it was a mistake." Goku clasped his hand together to show how sorry he was.
"Why didn't you just fly upward, you could have gotten out of the way." King Kai stood back up quickly and pointed a Goku's face.
"It was a mistake, that was like a natural instinct of mine." Goku could only smile faintly.
"King Kai, we came to learn from the great master. If you teach us, I can guarantee that I can have your planet restored to its original size." I quickly tried to defuse the situation with this irresistible offer.
"Whaaaa~? Did you say you can restore my planet to its original size?" King Kai, who was nagging Goku, had a change in tone. But he was surprised, not many people knew about the situation with his planet—not even the other Kai's.
"It's possible, the Dragonballs, have you heard of them? With these powerful balls, it's possible to accomplish this task with ease." I smiled and assured King Kai.
"You mean the Dragonballs from Earth and Namek?" King Kai jumped in excitement.
"Of course, I wouldn't lie to such a legendary grandmaster like you, how could I?" I continued to fawn on King Kai to ensure that he didn't complain anymore about his car. This was a minor issue, it could be fixed if he took it somewhere for repairs.
"Ahem, well, I have many disciples after all, so this is natural." King Kai laughed to the sky, it was almost like he had forgotten about his car already.
"In any case, since you've both made it this far and have come to my planet to train—I won't disappoint you." King Kai's glasses flashed somehow, as his tone turned serious.
