Alexis smirked at that Titan who was pointing the pistol at her and then spat out the blood to the side. "You think you can kill me with that lame pistol of yours? Do I look like I will die from those laser beams? Do I look like a normal fly to you? I am a fly with abnormal powers. And I eat up those laser beams for lunch."

She was trying to buy some time for herself so that her internal organs would heal on their own. She was trying to confuse them for long enough so that she would be able to stand on her two feet.

And her plan was working. Those two Titans exchanged a confused glance with each other. They were seriously contemplating if they should shoot at her with the laser beams or not.

"Go on… try firing at me and make me stronger. Come on! Do me a favor and heal me." She could feel the pain in her chest slowly diminishing. She just needed to distract them for a little longer.
