How to claim his authority over her?

How annoying! 

Theo could only think of that one word. While she protected him, he was still questioning her and out of provocation she said with a frown, "So, what?". 

Jasper sneered and crawled toward her on his knees and hands. 

She swallowed and subconsciously took the blanket and covered her chest. Her brows furrowed and lids turned narrow waiting for his next move but when he didn't say anything for a few seconds and just kept coming closer, she outstretched her hand which stopped at his cheeks and tried to push him away. 

"Enough of it. Don't try to scare me, it won't work and remember, I am the one who have power here and not you. I can throw you out if I wish and hand you over to those guards". 

The bitterness increased between them. 

Theo did regret about her words that she uttered randomly with no thoughts but she was egoistic enough to not take her words back.

And why should she?
