But Kieran was very pleased that she had sided with him. 

" I already accepted that I was wrong and I won't act carelessly anymore. So let's not provoke his majesty. " she said mockingly. 

Kieran could care less about that. For now it felt like he had won a small victory of sorts. 

" If you still want to leave. We can leave right away. " Leonard said, hoping to sway her. 

Clarissa sighed. " I won't be leaving, Leonard. I came for a reason and I intend to see it through. "
