Anna and Slate returned not long after with their dinner and the four of them happily ate.

It was a sudden turn of events that no one would have expected.

Amethyst ended up in this state but because of her developed character, she was able to accept it and to look forward to what it can do to help her instead.

And because of that, even the heavy feeling the rest was having slowly dissipated.

The sadness over the event and that guilt that was still poking at their hearts.

Everything was dispersed by none other than her smiles and laughs.

If Amethyst were to know of this, she would surely be shocked at how her character changed from back when she was still with her family.

In that family, she couldn't smile or laugh freely.

She couldn't express herself to them because if she were not ignored then she would be rejected vehemently that she'd just get hurt.
