Something is going on between them.

Meanwhile, Anna, Ria and Kyle are watching a horror comedy movie.

Kyle is still sad because of the death of his grandparents so Ria wanted to distract him and as well as Anna who seems lost in some painful thoughts.

Although Anna is present physically, her mind is revolving around Aiden.

How he took care of her…

His sincere yet painful words..

How he put her in first position and aggravated his injuries.

All these thoughts are like a weight being added to her heart. She couldn't help but feel guilty and sad. She felt helpless for not being able to help him.

If she had known that he hadn't moved on and is suffering because of her, she wouldn't have even appeared here. At least, she would have been under the impression that Aiden moved on and is leading a decent life. But now, seeing him like this is only making her suffer.

Now, she can't go back without making sure that Aiden will be alright. But deep down she knows that she won't be able to stay here more than a few months. Even if she wants to stay she won't be allowed to.

No matter how powerful and influential a person is, they have to bow to one or other person. She is no exception to this,

Thinking of it, Anna sighed and stared at the TV trying to focus on the movie.

While the house was eerily silent, the sudden doorbell startled everyone.

"Ahh… I almost got a heart attack!!" Ria scoffed, patting her chest in a rhythmic manner as she stood up to open the door.

"Are you expecting any guests?" Anna asked. It's already late at night to expect guests. So, she is slightly worried that it could be some house flies from Danvers' family.

"Nope. No one in Danvers' family knows that I moved here." Kyle said.

"Even if they are aware, the security of this estate is very impressive. We would have been notified earlier if someone came for us." Ria spoke.

"Sister Ria,could it be your friend or a neighbor?" Kyle asked. Ria has been living in this estet for years already. So, she was expected to make some friends in the building.

"Perhaps a boyfriend. It's already too late to expect a normal friend. It must be a boyfriend" Kyle said. He has been suspecting that his sister Ria is maintaining a boyfriend. He has heard a male voice a couple of times when he called her in the past at night times.

"Don't expect too much from me. Boyfriend? My foot!" Ria huffed.

"Now, I am sure that you have a boyfriend," Kyle teased.

"Ann, tell him that I don't have a boyfriend!" Ria complained but Anna was too occupied in her own thoughts to even listen to their banter.

Meanwhile, when Ria opened the door it was none other than Felix, her neighbor.

"Ri-" before Felix could speak, Ria intervened.

"Felix, I am busy now" she hurriedly stopped him from talking any further.

At the same time, Kyle and Anna walked to the foyer and for a split second, they were surprised to see Felix at this late hour.

Though he lives next door, they didn't expect these both to be this close to meet each other at this time. He was about to enter the house casually as if it was his own house. His actions are natural and it is obvious that he has done this many times already.

When Felix noticed the other two persons in the house, he ruffled his hair and looked at them awkwardly. He understood why Ria seemed worried and blocked him from entering.

"Mr. Danvers, Ms. Lopez." he greeted them.

"Sorry, it looks like I came at the wrong time. I just wanted to borrow something from Ms. Danvers here" he said.

"It's okay, Mr. Fletcher. It seems like it's an emergency. Please proceed" Kyle said.

Meanwhile, Anna could only look indifferently at her flustered friend and awkward Felix.

"Ms. Danvers, do you have the ointment I gave you a few weeks back?" Felix asked, this time, making sure to call her Ms. Dancers rather than Ria.

"Which one?" Ria asked, confused.

Kyle raised his eyebrow, curious of what's really there in between these both. They must be borrowing a lot of things from each other that his sister couldn't even tell what he is asking.

"The one I gave to you when you were injured during your water aerobics." Felix reminded her.

"Oh, that military one? The one you which is not available-", before Ria could finish, Felix interrupted her by clearing his throat.

"Yes..yes, that one" Felix answered.

"Sorry, Fe- Mr. Fletcher. I gave it to my grandmother and now, I don't know where it is" Ria apologized.

"Oh"

"It's okay.. it's fine" Felix quickly spoke. As her grandmother is dead now, he didn't want her to get sad by thinking about it.

.

"If you don't mind Mr. Fletcher, can I ask what happened?" Anna asked.

She could tell that Felix is asking this ointment for Aiden. She couldn't help but get worried as that ankle swelling was caused by her.

"It's nothing much, Ms. Lopez. My brother's ankle swell seems to be getting worse. I have given Ms. Danvers a special ointment which helps to relieve the pain instantly." Felix said.

"As it's not there, my brother has to bear with that pain this whole night," he added.

"Take him to the hospital." Ria suggested.

"He hates hospitals. I will ask an expert to check on my brother tomorrow morning in my private clinic." Felic answered.

"Oh." Ria acknowledged. She heard about Aiden's antipathy towards hospitals.

"I will be going now, then" he smiled and left.

After Felix went, Anna couldn't concentrate on the movie. Her mind is revolving around what Felix said.

Is Aiden's injury that worse??

After a few minutes,

"Guys, I will be going. I am sleepy" Anna lied.
