Genetic sighs "Tomura's fucking lucky I copied Nomu's code before I sent him out, he pulls up the code on his computer and injects it into the other Nomu's he's made "They might be shells for now but they'll be ready by tomorrow" his phone goes off and answers it "What?...Yes I know about the sports festival...already got it covered, my sources will be watching and forwarding me the footage and any other information they gather soon...understood" he hangs up and sees a message come up on his computer. He opens it reveal a file on Cellular "Hm, Cell manipulation, effective but useless compared to my quirk but I should probably get rid of her at some point. She may prove troublesome" he sighs and looks over his recent experiments "My tinkering still hasn't helped...I won't risk human subjects until I figure out a way to predict the side effects of rewriting a persons genetics. I can rewrite my own quite easily but it's not so simple with other people" he sighs and leaves his lab but not before changing into his casual clothes and putting on a green face mask with his red sunglasses.

(UA High, Meeting Room)

Kizō sits in the meeting as everyone begins discussing the attack, she thinks back to Genetic's threat "He can try but I will always go after him...no matter what" she then leaves the room after Nezu dismisses everyone and decides to head to a store before going home.

(The Store)

She sighs and picks up a bottle of wine when she feels the hairs on her neck stand up, then she hears a familiar voice "I did say I have my ways Miss Kizō" she turns to see a man wearing a light green jacket with a red shirt, black pants and green shoes as well as black gloves, green face mask and red sunglasses. Kizō narrows her eyes and punches him revealing that he's just a hologram as her first passes through him "What do you want?" Genetic smiles and leans forward and whispers in her ear "Just reminding you that my threat still stands, also I know your friends if you mess up my operations...I'll deal with them personally" Kizō's eyes widen and Genetic disappears before she can respond "You...you" she grits her teeth "I'll end you if you hurt them Genetic" she leaves the store in a huff.

(Hero Agency)

Genetic sighs as he looks at the building from afar before a man walks out and approaches the alley where he's waiting. The man says nothing but passes him a USB and nods before leaving Genetic grins "Just what I needed...good work" he leaves but not before planting a small bomb on a fire hydrant and walking away before blowing it off spraying water everywhere and causing damage to surrounding cars and buildings luckily no one was within range of the blast when he detonated it.

He walks in and sees the man on the gurney this time without the doctor "How you feeling?" The man chuckles "Skip the pleasantries, just tell me what you found" Genetic chuckles "Well got some information as well as a lot of quirk information on about 100 heroes plus some plans for a training camp of sorts later in the month but nothing concrete" The man grins "You have quite a spiderweb" Genetic grins "I made friends in high places, my philosophy is well shared" The man grins "Indeed...how's the "gathering" going" Genetic smiles "Good, got some more quirks for the Nomu's thankfully they are good ones" The man grins "Good, I think we'll need them soon" Genetic nods "They'll be combat ready by tomorrow so if you need them just call" The man smiles "How many how you made so far. Genetic grins "About 10 maybe 20 not including the ones that still shells of course" the man grins "Excellent".

(A Few Days Later, League Of Villains HQ)

Genetic sighs as he sits on the couch while listening to Stain and Tomura argue with each other before laughing as Stain easily pins Shigaraki only for him to be scared off by Shigaraki's quirk turning his sword to dust. Genetic sighs "Your philosophy's flawed Hero Killer" Stain narrows his eyes at Genetic "What?!" Genetic smiles "I have seen little to no evidence of this supposed corruption you speak of, yes people are more inclined to work as heroes now that money is being offered but does that really make anyone who chooses to be a hero for money any less of a hero, remember not every hero is the same after all" Stain growls and leaves while Genetic disappears in a green flash having used his hologram quirk again. Genetic sighs as he gets up from his lab chair "Thank god for my holograms, makes keeping up appearances easier especially when I'm undercover" he grins to himself while thinking about what he should do after the final stage of his leader's plan is set in motion.

(Later, Unknown Location)

Genetic walks up to the man on the gurney again "You want me to release some more Nomu's Huh?" The man nods "Indeed, warp them to Hosu, you can go there as well if you wish" Genetic grins "I'll go as a hologram not risking getting hit by the heroes" he leaves the room and walks over to the Nomu tanks and opens them before his hand glows a bright red "Follow" they follow him to a warp gate.

(Hosu City)

Genetic sighs as he and the three Nomu's appear in the city with people immediately recognising him and running with some calling law enforcement, Genetic grins and his hand glows red again "Your priority is to find and kill Stain but feel free to cause some havoc if you wish" the Nomu's nod and run off in their own separate ways while Genetic stands in the middle of the street waiting for some heroes to show up so he can get some much needed combat data on his new quirks.

(Later)

Genetic grins as Endeavour and a few other pro heroes appear, Endeavour immediately try's to burn him with his flames but Genetic simply creates a barrier in front of him angering the fire hero who charges toward him only to blasted by a wave of ash from Genetics hand. Genetic senses the other pro heroes go around him and sighs "Very well...you three can just die because weak quirks deserve to die out" green energy sparks from his hands and he blasts little green balls all around. Endeavour gasps "Its plasma move-" Endeavour doesn't get to finish his sentence before Genetic clicks his fingers and the plasma ignites "Bang" Endeavour is blown back while the other pros are consumed by the explosion. Endeavour grits his teeth and glares at Genetic who starts flickering shocking Endeavour, Genetic sighs "Looks like I'm out of time, I'll see you later Endeavour" he disappears while Endeavour sees to the injured pros.

Genetic grins as he looks at the results from his scanner while he was fighting against Endeavour and the pros "Perfect, my collection has proved effective...I will end weak quirks and replace them all with only the strong" he grins while remembering something his father told him "Only the strong and intelligent win battles, remember that Henkō for if you don't it will come back to haunt you"
