"I need time to think," I said to Max after a brief thinking.
Max didn't reply. He just gave a nod. The next moment we were back to our class. The lecturer was already in the class doing his work. We rushed in and took our seats. I glanced at Max, his friends around him were asking questions. It's obvious they were asking where he was and why he was late. Max is very punctual, he never get late to the classes. So it's obvious for people around him to be curious. To me, no one bothered to ask. Being a lonesome, I am invisible to the class. Unlike Max who has dozens of friends in the class. I have none, except these too. Well, I am fine with it, to be accurate better this way, the less people know you, the easier to hide secrets.
Further classes ended one after another. Things went on as usual. The last bell of the college rang and college ends. Stacy, Max, and I were in the corridor, leaving slowly while having a conversation.
