Chapter 13

"Where is that boy?! Look for him right now!" The old man, Apo Noni, said when he noticed that young Evor was gone when they woke up from sleep. There is a trace of worry on his face.

"Yes Apo Noni. I'm also worried about its condition now, especially since it's not going around in this village or maybe it's in another land. It's very dangerous." Village Chief Dario said as he seemed to also want to find the kind and hardworking young summoner Evor which is his nickname. He quickly looked at the three Village Formers who were his partners in managing their village and spoke quickly. "Come with me to find the boy Evor. We shouldn't be complacent here because maybe something bad happened to that boy." Village Chief Dario's voice was full of concern as he said this.

The reactions of the three formers varied when they heard what their Village Chief, Dario, said, but it can be seen that they are not interested in this matter.

"Why should we go looking for that young stranger. We know he's already gone!" First Forme Aleton said that it doesn't seem to care. In his mind, why are they looking for that old man, they don't care about him.

"That's right, we won't risk our lives to search every place." Second Former Mario said openly while keeping his mouth shut.

But when Third Former Serion was about to speak, Village Chief Dario looked at him especially badly and Apo Noni looked at him seriously which made him very nervous.

"Don't report me to Evor. But it looks like I have an idea where he's going at this time. In Summoner's River if I'm not mistaken." The man, Third Former Serion, said seriously as he couldn't stop himself from revealing what he knew.

"WHAT???!!!" Apo Noni, Village Chief Dario and the two formers, Aleton and Mario, shouted at the same time. They are really shocked about this kind of revelations by Third Former Serion.

"Is the young Evor thinking? He really can't go there without a proper guidance and sufficient knowledge. Those ownerless creatures there are really cunning and it is more and more difficult to fight the Ownerless Beasts that stay for a long time even the Ownerless Heroes there ." Village Chief Dario's voice was full of concern as it could be seen that he was not happy with this information that would shock anyone.

"That young Evor is not just stupid. He really is not thinking what's best for him. Such a cunning Beasts or Heroes there ciuld end up his life there." First Former Aleton said as it was seen that he also did not agree with what the young Evor did.

"No matter if you're young or old, you know it's really dangerous there. He's alone there but he's so stupid!" Second Former Mario said. He hates stupid people the most.

"Stop that. That's a good boy, and you probably don't want to add to our Patriarch's problem if he knows about this. Apo Noni wants to train Evor, so there's nothing you can do.

They all kept quiet and agreed with Village Chief Dario, First Former Aleton and Second Former Mario that they will go alone while Apo Noni and Third Former Serion will guard this place. There are also many farm workers here because it is harvest time and it looks like many more people will flock here so the safety and orderliness of this area cannot be ignored.

They quickly headed and traveled the route that was the closest path to the Summoner's River. Village Chief Dario really wishes that it is not too late to find the young Evor and that they can bring him home safely to their village.

Young Evor saw the stone Ox about to charge again so he stood up quickly as he saw how it violently came to where he was.

It's a good thing that he practiced a little bit otherwise he might not be able to get up again if he tried to make a method to avoid the next attack of the summoned beast Stone Ox.

The body of the said monster Stone Ox jumped but only a few meters. He got up quickly as he seemed to fix his own neck and head which was hit by the attack of the young Evor.

Young Evor did not give up and quickly rushed the monster with the huge stone in his hand.

It attacked the Stone Ox head-on but he could tell that its attack was less effective against the Stone Ox.

Young Evor was very surprised because of this incident.

He tried to punch the monster with his own fist even with his unique strength but to no avail. It is not effective as he continues to throw punch at this fierce monster.

Young Evor couldn't believe what he saw but he still wouldn't give up.

Young Evor poured all his strength into throwing physical attacks at the monster but saw that the said Stone Ox seemed to retreat several meters.

Young Evor was happy because his attack seemed to be effective but he noticed that the ground he was stepping on seemed to be shaking.

He saw how a large piece of land rose up around him.

"This is not possible. This monster intends to trap me with its Earth Manipulation. I must escape its attack!" Young Evor said seriously as he noticed that this ferocious monster would just find the right time to lock him up.

THUMP! THUMP! THUMP!

He used the wall to step on it as he heard the loud sound of him stomping on it.

Young Evor jumped high away from the prison made of earth that suddenly...

The boy Evor saw the shards of earth being thrown away, which made him avoid the large chunks of earth that were springing up in every direction from the unsuccessful attack of the said monster Stone Ox.

"If you're looking at me oh!" The young Evor said when he noticed that this monster was not going to let him go so he quickly used his water manipulation because of his ability to also be a gift.

Young Evor threw stones at the Stone Ox in its direction but the Stone Ox was fast as it threw so many Water balls in its direction.

Even if he hits this monster, he notices that his attacks are not very effective. It was different from what he expected that his skin would explode if hit by the strong water balls he made.

He didn't let go and just kept running towards him.

Young Evor smiled because he couldn't deny that he was capable of fighting him especially and that he still had a defense against it.

Young Evor created a lot of fire balls in his hand and he quickly shot them in the direction of the said monster Stone Ox.

The Stone Ox monster was hit in various parts of its body and he noticed that the said monster was retreating and standing.

But he felt that this said monster was restless in his own direction and seemed to be getting angry.

Because he saw how this said monster took out his fangs, it was obvious that he was not happy with what he was doing.

The boy Evor threw fire balls at the said monster especially and it seems that he will not stop him even if he runs away.

He really sees something that could really be his greatest advantage in it and this is his fire manipulation which is one of his gifts.

He quickly approached the distance of the said Stone Ox monster as he noticed that he seemed to have damaged its skin because of the scorching heat of the fire he was attacking.

He could really know how this could really be happen but he finds it really worth it especially and he wants to have this Stone Ox as his second familiar. He wants to get stronger for a fast phase. He wants to explore this world and level up faster.

This Stone Ox will be a great thing for him and he will need its ability especially in defense. If he could really get it to be his familiar then he will be invincible in any element even in the Fire Element he is quite small. He really finds it really worth it.

But when he was close, he saw how the aura of the said Stone Ox monster suddenly changed and its skin seemed to change.

Young Evor was terrified when he saw this kind of scenario especially and he seemed to know very well what it was and what this thing meant.

"How---- a Level 3 Summoned Beast!" The boy Evor said when he realized what this transformation of the Stone Ox monster meant. It turns out that it is a 3rd Level Summoned Beast.

Young Evor just felt the monster hit him.

He used his two hands to force himself away from his place. Young Evor held back his tears as he tried to walk away to try to stand but he really didn't want to. His legs were really hurt.

He feels that the rich blood is dripping in the lower part of his body yet he feels numb about it. It only really hurts when he tries to move. That is really not a simple injury as he is thinking as it is.

Young Evor was holding a round object in his hand but he was about to look at it but he quickly felt that another attack was coming to him. This time it is a huge rock heading towards him. Young Evor quickly avoided it by exerting his two hands strongly but...

He no longer felt the pain when he noticed that he seemed to have sprung due to the excessive impact. Imagine that he is near the Summoner's River itself so the soil composition here is a bit clay or wet so when you throw any hard big object on the ground this will flex and bend the clay part of the river's soil  and the impact is really great.
