That person thought that Charlotte could have bad intentions towards the patient in the VIP-2 room because if the woman had good intentions, shouldn't Charlotte go inside and visit the patient in the room instead of peeking through the gap in the door.

"Madam What are you doing in this place?" Said a male nurse who approached and two bodyguards who were at Jason's door.

The two bodyguards guarding Jason's bedroom door blocked the male nurse from approaching their big madam.

"Gentlemen, I beg you. This is my duty. I must maintain order and security in the hospital, as well as the comfort of patients and their families. I have no ill will towards this madam." said the male nurse. That explained the reason for his coming to Charlotte.
